Transparent delivery coordination, total blackout and comically easy to assemble.

I have two large windows now equipped with guard blinds. Super blackout ability, and easy to install. If you provide them with the right measurements , they will make the blind to fit your windows perfectly allowing room for the seal and everything. Great company , super people and easy to install. I did have to get a little help from a youtube video, but I was a pro at the second one I ordered. My goal is to save up and get the rest of my windows in my home equipped with the guard blinds as well.

The end result is darkness. The installation wasn't great, our measurements were too tight with the weatherstripping, creating a bow in the center and resulting in a tough tug to get past the midpoint.

I'm not one to leave reviews but I am so impressed with my blinds. I'm a shift worker and struggle when trying to sleep during the day.

Customer service was great replying to my emails over my order. You receive an email once order is placed where if you get your measurements wrong you have a 12 hour window to let them know. If you do get your measurements wrong you have 30 days to return and new blinds are sent to you. This sold it to me as i was so worried I measure incorrectly, turned out I didn't and was spot on!! Fits like a glove!!!

The instructions are clear and made sense for the insulation but also clear on providing measurements. I took my time making up the blinds watching the video and reading the instructions as well. Took me i say 30 mins not rushing.

So so happy and I am now looking forward to my night shifts!!! Thank you a product that actually works!!! Well done!!!!

Lots perfectly in window frame. Blocks all light. Easy to open to allow light if needed

These blinds were very easy to put together and install. They give my upstairs rooms the total blackout that I have been looking for. I have only just installed them and haven't gotten to experience the other benefits, but I couldn't be happier so far.

Truly are blackout blinds. Easy to assemble. Room is darker and cooler than ever before. Very important for someone who works overnights. A little expensive but worth it.

I ordered 1 Guard blind as a test.

Instructions on how to measure the blind size were easy to follow, which is a very important step. The blind arrived a few weeks later.

The blind fits my window perfectly, it was effortless to assemble and install, and provides complete blackout.

So far, I’m very impressed. I’ve ordered a second blind, and if it works as well, there are a few more windows in my home they will likely get Guard blinds as well.

Not worth it, tried to save my purchase by initiating a chargeback, chinese garbage

It really is TOTAL blackout! very nice. Fit great. I'm measuring more windows for doing other rooms.

We have a little spot of light coming through the top corners on the shade side (not the window frame corner). Because of the width, I had to add a bracket in the middle top due to sagging.
It’s plenty dark with these closed, but not perfect.

Outstanding easy to put together

I am rating a 0 for customer service. I have also gone back and forth emails with this company and they still will not honor their 30 day refund/return policy. I have the blinds all ready to ship back to them because they do not fit. I have requested a return label multiple times without any success. They do not respond very quickly and they do not read the email chain. All I want is the return label so that I can return the products and get a full refund. It should never be this difficult for a customer. This is not the way to do business. There should be a contact phone number so that the customer can call and speak to someone in the US and escalate if necessary. I am very disappointed.
