I bought the Centrum Mens 50+ 100 pill bottle September 10th. at the Shoppers Drug Mart on Rymal East. Stoney Creek Ontario. About day 5 of taking them I shook out a pill and it had a Foreign object stuck to one of my pills. It was a hard brown crust covering one whole side of the pill. I contacted GSK, sent them pictures and nothing was done. They sent me a email that said " That once I send them the pill it then becomes their property" so I wrote back and told them that I took a small sample of the hard brown crusty stuff to keep just incase I don't like their answer to what it is. And that's when they started Ghosting me. I contacted them a number of times. They said at the beginning they would reimburse me and send a self addressed envelope to send it back, but in 6 weeks nothing. I did just get a check for $13.28 even though I told them I paid $21.49 plus tax. Six weeks and still don't know what was on that pill, but all I know is the lady from Customer Service back when I first called told me to not take anymore of the pills in that bottle. Werbeversprechen werden nicht eingehalten. Voltanatura gratis testen. Ich habe mir mit einer Freundin jeweils eine Tube gekauft und wir haben beide den Kassenbeleg eingereicht. Nur einmal wurd erstattet, weil der gleiche Kassenbeleg nciht doppelt verwendet werden kann. Obwohl zwei Tuben drauf standen und zwei Personen eingereicht haben. Schwache Leistung.

This company is a thief. As soon as my insurance raised the ceiling price on a drug SGK manfactured the company raised the price of the drug. This is not a miracle drug. The drug is nothing more than a combination of three common drugs that have been around for ever. If I won the megamillion lottery I would not pay the price these people are demanding for this drug. Luckily my friend received the lucrative redundancy package, allowing her to leave and early retirement, thank you GSK! She'd hated her last few years, the company is all a bit of an 'old boys brigade', 'jobs for the boys', type of firm. Where senior management look after their own. Working hard got you nowhere. a*selicking/ br*wn nosing and favouritsm, that moved you up the ranks. She is soo pleased to have left, and now really enjoying life. The friends she'd left behind, hate it and wish they could've taken redundancy, or are counting the days until they can leave/ retire!!

GSK changed information on Piriton syrup regarding allergy, in 1999 my daughter had anaphylaxis After taking Piriton prescribed by hospital a few months previous it was very serious as she was a baby at the time and GSK failed to act with care and compassion, they were also contacted by the hospital consultant, a few yrs later I contacted them again concerning the sudden change of leaflet after my daughter experienced this reaction as it was Still on my mind, they had a so called scientist ring me to cover up, I am concerned this has happened to more people

I received a leaflet from the respiratory department of my local hospital. It suggested a website for a pharmacy finder for recycling used inhalers. Searching the site took me directly to GSK. I tried in vain to find any details, and eventually sent an email to the address on their website, only to find it did not accept emails. It really is not helpful to have leaflets with incorrect information, especially when the need to recycle is at its peak.

GSK is a huge firm where tens of thousands of people use their products, they are reliable and have good reliable products which should be recommended.

Terrible "service"! After a telephonecall where I complaint about the new, not announced,taste of Paradontax, I was told that when I send the 2 toothpastes back I would get them refunded. It was a longer call because GSK needed a lot of detailed information. Now after several calls, e-mails and completing 2 refundforms and 1,5 month later I still didn't get my money back! Lousy and not honest clientservice!

Typical for the GlaxoSmithKline; the company bought a product that existed and was loved for almost 90 years; PARADONTAX. But in their hunger for higher profits and shareholder value they trashed the original formula of six herbs and mineral salt - that existed since 1937 - and turned it into a generic blend of chemicals while raising the price. 'Because it was more favoured by customers'. I guess by everyone but the users of the original product.

Regarding Pronamel, having used Sensodyne complete for a long time I tried the Pronamel; it wasn't like normal toothpaste it was very watery and I got a strong burning sensation in my mouth. My husband tried a small dab on his tongue and had the same effect. I contacted customer service and spent about half an hour going over and over the same things. They asked me to return the product which I did in a pre-paid package they sent. I expected they would send me a voucher for the cost of the toothpaste, but instead they keep asking me to fill in a form to enable them to have my medical records. I have tried to explain that neither of us have seeked medical advice but they still insist on having them. These are our private medical records with no information in them that could be of any use to them in this instance. I rang them again to ask why they cant just send me a voucher and the snotty reply I got was that it is because they are a medical company (I though they were a chemical company). I could understand if we were taking them to court over it, I have now emailed the CEO and will update if I get anywhere, but I am not sure if they even look at this site as I cant see any replies.

Besides, let us not deceive ourselves

How can any British pharmaceutical company advertise on fox news in America who are spouting counter intuitive advice to viewers. Is it not Glaxo interest to remove adverts for a media outlet who are blatantly misleading medical facts

Weil ich ein Schmerzmittel für einen ganz bestimmten Zweck suchte, habe ich mich an den Kundenservice gewandt und mein Problem geschildert. Die Antwort war fast eine Frechheit, oberflächlich, nichtssagend, abwimmelnd, meine email war überhaupt nicht gelesen worden, oder nur der Betreff-immerhin höflich..in zwei lächerlichen Sätzen; man wollte offenbar nicht direkt zugeben, dass man ein Produkt für diesen Fall nicht hat - eine ehrliche Antwort wäre korrekter gewesen, als den Anfragenden für blöd zu verkaufen.

I had a terrible chesty cold recently and to give myself some respite, as I struggled sleeping and have to get up for work at 5:30 every morning, so On 13/11/2019, I purchased some GSK Night Nurse capsules and just before I went to bed I opened the packet to take a couple and, as I pushed the capsule out of foiled cover, the foiled cover popped to release a capsule and as it opened it sliced my thumb like a hot knife through butter, it bled profusely. After I put s plaster on it, I contacted their UK customer Services. My thumb is still tender and sore to this day services, 19/11/2019). I have not heard a sickie bird from them to this day! This pharmaceutical company have a duty of care to their customers and I am absolutely disgusted that they don’t give a monkeys.

I recently had the misfortune to buy a Corsodyl toothbrush, marked as being "soft" as I have sensitive gums. Although not my usual brand, I had no reason to think there would be a problem. How wrong I was! The toothbrush actually cut my gums. As my laptop was being serviced, I telephoned Customer Relations at the number given on the packaging to complain and ask for a refund. I was kept on hold for a long time and then told that, as I have sensitive gums, there was no manufacturing fault, and therefore I was not going to get a refund, even though I pointed out that no other toothbrush marked as "soft" had ever cut my gums. So I have been left with cut gums, out of pocket by a few pounds, and have the humiliating feeling that I have been taken for a mug. In their advertising, Corsodyl says that their products are designed to help people with bleeding gums. Based on my experience, I was left with bleeding gums, and have to say their customer service stinks.
