Scam, scam, SCAM!
Beware!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! PLEASE READ.
I ordered a pair of Grounded Feet shoes plus insoles which never arrived. I have checked this company out at Companies House by searching the address 8 Skipsy Avenue E6 6HW. A number of companies have traded under that address for a short time then dissolved. The two current active companes are: Richard the Plumber and Heated Clothing. It would appear that Abdul Subhan answered the number when the plumbing business was phoned. The 5 star review for Grounded Shoes is also from someone called Abdul! I have informed my bank and had to accept the loss of £44.95.

I fell for a slick marketing scam. They source cheap, unbranded shoes and sell them via a professional looking website. The shoes arrived unboxed, stuffed into a plastic bag and carry no logo.

Avoid.

Grounded feet are a scam company, quick to take your money but do not deliver the shoes. What a waste of money. When I rand they couldn't take my call.

They lure you with their website and once you’ve made a purchase that’s their game

I logged a dispute after the so called six day for free UK delivery with my Bank, reporting it as a non delivery of goods. My parcel has been in transit since the 25th of August. I also blocked them on my banking app.

No reply to any emails and calls go unanswered. Do not wate your time trying to purchase anything through their website. Rather pay more and get legitimate goods.

Slow delivery. Shambolic products causing blisters and painful feet. Complete lack of afterservice with no response to phone msgs or emails. DO NOT USE!!!??
11th Sep 2026, I had email from Trustpilot with fw msg from the seller asking me to get in touch. I emailed address supplied by Trustpilot and was informed my msg was UNDELIVERABLE. WHAT A SHAM!

Beware, they are not trading from the uk. They are not registered with Companies House and the shipment will come from China ( ie they are drop-shipping). I will update if and when I receive the shoes. They have not responded to 2 messages I have sent and cannot get through on their telephone line. Their website looks good and provides helpful advice…. Do not be drawn in.

Website looks v professional and claims to be uk based with goods arriving quickly.
Goods took ages to come, wrapped in a black plastic bag,no box, nothing. Came from China. Cheap and flimsy, could have got better off Temu for a fraction of the price
No reply to messages sent either

I ordered a size 9.5. After complaining about a lengthy wait, eventually the delivery arrived: a size 4.5!
I have phoned and emailed numerous times requesting either a refund or replacement but the phone is never answered and there are no replies to my emails.
I would strongly advise anyone not to buy from Groundedfeet and will report them to the Trading Standards Authority.

Size is smaller than any other size 9 uk I have had, width is also extremely narrow somuch it's painful to walk in them. The material and sole are not bad but I won't be waring them

Quality of the shoes is not as good for the price they ask.
Unfortunately size was on the small side for both my childrens. No replay when emailed the for returning or changing the shoes with bigger ones.
Avoid.

Everything felt like scam. Gives an impression of them having stock and then after purchase revieals they do drop shipping.
The item reached several days after their claimed delivery date. Even after sending multiple emails to cancel the order, they only responded with an email saying they would send a return label shortly, after the shoes were delivered.
Feels decieved and scammed.

Dropshipper claiming UK stock, just has awful items sent by temu which you could buy for 1/4 of the price. No delivery communitcations, no replies, nothing. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

**UPDATE**
Shoes arrived today and yesterday GroundedFeet emailed me back telling me they would chase the delivery.
The shoes are as advertised, no complaints there.

I got scammed :( paid for some shoes on the 12th July, no shoes has arrived. Tried to call the support number on their website, auto answering machines says it takes no calls. sent 3-4 emails to their support email address and no replies.
Checked their supposedly address and its a run down terrace house in London according to google maps.

Reported the merchant to shopify.

I am very pleased I chose to shop with grounded feet. These shoes are extremely comfortable and good value for money. Funnily enough, I use these more often for my walks and jogs than my expensive Nike running shoes. I might try out their pro version as it will be nice to have a variety.

These barefoot shoes are excellent. I have foot neuropathy and arthritis in my right foot and I can walk without pain and discomfort. I have other barefoot shoes but these are slightly more robust for walking. So pleased with them.

I was really excited to try these trainers and tbh they do seem like they will be comfortable. Unfortunately my size is a bit snug so I wanted to change for a different size. The company communicated well with me prior to my delivery arriving as I was worried there was an issue with my address upon ordering. However, upon delivery of my trainers I have been trying to contact the company to ask to return and exchange the size and they stopped communicating. They say for refunds or exchange you need to get permission but then don't answer and the number to call is a mobile number that never answers or calls don't go through! They have a 60 day money back guarantee but don't respond. What a sham company. Now I'm having to go through my bank to get a chargeback. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Really impressed with my Groundedfeet barefoot shoes. They're comfortable, lightweight, and feel very natural to walk in, with plenty of room for my toes. The sizing was absolutely perfect, fitting exactly as expected right out of the box.
