Great items for our store, Odin is an great guy

So far the gave great information about their services haven't used it yet.

Apparently the best way to battle a few bad reviews is to have your friends leave a bunch of 5 star on the same day. Don't buy the lie. Groovin Fulfillment on their website promises direct from manufacturer products. The items they sold me were knock offs and old out dated items. The Hollister ostomy barriers for medical use were so old the adhesive didn't work in many cases. The One Size spray is not authentic according to Amazon. Buyer beware.

I had a difficult experience with Groovin Fulfillment LLC.

I purchased inventory from this company with the understanding that the products would be suitable for resale on Amazon and supported by proper supply chain documentation. After listing the item, Amazon requested documentation to verify the source and authorization.

I contacted Groovin Fulfillment to obtain the required documents, but the information provided did not meet Amazon’s requirements. As a result, my Amazon seller account was deactivated, and I was unable to continue selling. This also left me with inventory that I could not use and resulted in financial loss.

I reached out multiple times to try to resolve the issue and obtain acceptable documentation, but I was not able to get what was needed to satisfy Amazon’s verification process.

This was my personal experience, and I recommend that anyone sourcing products for resale ensure that all necessary documentation meets the requirements of their selling platform before purchasing.

Day 1 groovin walked us through his catalog and helped us find something that worked, never did I feel pressured or nervous to work with them as we were reluctant at first but after 7 months of being on the WhatsApp we made our first purchase and are looking to expand our business with them going forward
