Waitied for over 3 weeks for parcel to arrive. E-mailed them twice to ask for the tracking number, no reply the first time, the 2nd time got a really cheeky e-mail to say the parcel was at customs and "they had fulfilled their obligation" and to "pay the fee and collect the package", i had payed the fee 2 weeks prior. Will never use this company again

My order arrived after 3 weeks to Ireland via fastway, I did not request the tracking option and item arrived in perfect condition. I did panic initially when I seen some negative reviews but I was in no hurry for the item. Wanted to put this review up just to reassure some.

If items on your order come up on the invoice as taking longer than a couple of days to send I’ve found that they are actually unavailable. You will then have to contact them for a refund, they do not have a system in place to automatically notify or refund customers when they can’t fulfil an order. They’re quite happy for you to pay for items they can’t actually deliver. I recommend to avoid buying from this business.

I live in New Zealand, pretty much the other side of the world from Groovesland in Germany. I bought a lightmeter on 18 September. I received immediate confirmation of purchase and processing. I was notified on 22 September when the item was dispatched and tracking was provided. The item arrived safe and sound yesterday 25 October, and slightly under their delivery estimate (end October).

I choose groovesland really often. My emails are always answered quickly and helpfully. The parcel arrive quickly, depending on the carrier. I recommend this Shop! I'm currently ordering from groovesland again.

After seeing an item I could not find available anywhere else I decided to place an order. Against my own insticts and online shopping experience telling me this site did not seem reliable, and after reading so many negative reviews, I still decided to place an order. But just in case I bought only 1 cheap item for €11,84, just in case. Seems my insticts where right. Waited for 1 entire month, and because i wanted the item very much, a Bosch box, I decide to be patient and wait. After way more then a month I decided to contact the site. The only option available is an online e-form. Waited for someone to acknowledge and reply back, to just be patient and wait, as they said were doing their best to send me the item. One of those nice templates. Week later, contact them again, asked for an estimated time of arrival. All i got was a very vague email, no deadeline, no nothing. Same empty reply as before saying to wait. Maybe eternely?? So weeks and weeks after, I contacted the company and requested a cancelation and refund. They made themselves difficult in aknowledging the refund keept syaing was on the way, to sadly the point I had to treath them of fraud, to eventually get my refund back. Honestly after reading the many reviews and my own experience this site feels like fraudulent. Could well be a fake site as too many customers don't get any items after paying, and the few nice reviews are easy to fake. Anyway, it is not up to me to investigate, is up to the police now. I certainly won't spend a cent here anymore. Dodgy as hell!!
for a site who advertise themselves as being in the market for decades, you would expect thousands of good reviews, as other genuine sites. Instead is the oposite.

If you're in the UK, don't use this merchant who claims to have a presence in the UK THEY DON'T! They do not openly declare additional costs to UK buyers (VAT/Duty) on the billing and hide it in the Terms and conditions. Your item ends up stuck in customs and you end up paying VAT plus additional handling costs from the assigned UK courier. Awful customer service as well..

Have bought vinyl which was stated as "in stock", after 3 weeks have asked where is my order. Got answer, that "dispatch time stated on the product description." Every day they are changing and delaying dispatch date. After few more letters, I can't get clear answer when I will get my order and what is the most important what exactly will I get. They just repeating "We are looking to find the best solution to this matter." And there is no one question answered with no lying.

No extra charges to Uk. Rubbish you need to pay duty!

Very dissapointed. Beware there are hidden customs charges to import electrical items into the uk. I have just paid an additional £79.89 to release my item.

Groovesland might accept your order and take your money without actually having the item on display in stock. Will you get your money back? In this particular case we are talking more than 3 months pending.

I ordered a kitchen item by Rosle on May 29, 2020 that was available on Amazon but better priced on Groovesland. I received an email it was "dispatched" June 3, 2020. I noticed on their web site they get high marks from thousands of European customers so felt comfortable. I live in Ohio, USA. However, this review earlier negative review had me concerned. I used their online "Contact Us" form and Niko at grooves.land support team responded right away. Without providing too much detail, they proved trustworthy to work with me and while that dialog was happening the item arrived on July 13, 2020 in perfect condition. It took six and a half weeks. I knew the pandemic would impact but now feel very comfortable saying this company is reputable and will assist with any issues. You just have to communicate with them.

Having major issues with a simple order. Ordered something in APRIL and never received it. After filling out a form and sending numerous e-mails, a replacement was supposed to be sent. That was a month ago and still no sign of it. Disaster.

Et d'après le track number le colis est en Russie et moi j'habite en Algérie
Et après avoir envoyé la preuve ils m'ont répondu que s'il y'a un retour ils le renverrai en russie
Ce n'est qu'une bande arnaqueurs
