Playthek Arvostelua 8

Ordered in early November and in January still didn't got my package. After sending several emails I never got a good answer with a track and trace or I never got an order email. So never order something with playthek. They are scamming and lying about the delivery time.

This site is a scam!

Good service and excellent prices.
I bought a Sage tea maker and it was shipped to Australia for no extra cost- which is pretty remarkable. It was well packed. The tracking was through an odd website but worked well enough.
Their website uses very out of date technology but don't let that put you off, everything works as it should.

I bought a DVD at Grooves.land, they said it would arrive in 3/7 workdays. Then I got an e-mail that it may take up to 6 weeks. At that point I was very angry, because the website said something different. So, I contacted them, and they responded fast and very friendly. But they could not do anything about the situation they said. Then I received my DVD in 8 working days, so I am happy overall. My package was well packed, and it was not broken. So I recommend Grooves.land, but there is room for improvement.

SCAM? My experience shopping with Playthek mirrors those of other shoppers/reviewers. The item I ordered showed as in stock, I paid €165.29 with a TransferWise virtual Visa card May 1st. I received no email confirming receipt of order, and the order showed on their site as dispatching May 3rd. On May 4th, it showed dispatching May 6~7. On May 8th showing dispatch May 11th, etc etc This pattern repeated for over 1 month. I used the Playthek site to lodge a complaint, (again, received no response). Finally I contacted visa, they agreed to process the chargeback request, which FINALLY seemed to get a reaction. Money WAS refunded, but I suspect, only as Playthek knew it was a fait accompli, and visa WOULD take back the money either way. I still received no response from Playthek, apology, or even an explanation.

What a total waste of time, money, and further waste of my time, lodging the online fraud report with Visa.

I'll let you be the judge as to if this is an out and out scam site, but given they took my money, failed to fulfill the order, or respond to my queries, and what amounts to ZERO customer service, or fulfillment, any metaphor for scam is probably appropriate.

This website is a front for their main website, grooves.land. It is a straight up scam.

I placed an order on Monday, September 16. Got an email two days later stating that my item had been shipped and that I should expect it within a few days. It's now October 3rd and I still haven't received my order. I've asked them several times to provide me with an update and a tracking number but they refuse to do so.
