Groover is a great place to start building your catalog for social media and marketing opportunities. I use the quotes from some curators to add credibility to my songwriting.

Groover is a helpful and friendly service, with useful feedback from curators and placements for my genre of instrumental music. I am happy with my experience, and glad there are others out there that can relate with instrumental music.

Le concept est intéressant, mais dans la pratique, la qualité et le sérieux de certains curateurs me semblent vraiment poser problème.

Entre ceux qui ne répondent pas à la campagne, ceux qui attendent les derniers jours pour envoyer un feedback qui semble parfois en contradiction avec les critères affichés sur leur profil, et ceux qui annoncent un partage du morceau mais qui, au final, ne le font jamais, l’expérience devient franchement frustrante.

J’ai même reçu comme feedback que ma voix donnait l’impression d’avoir été générée avec Suno. On peut ne pas aimer une voix, une production ou un morceau, aucun problème : c’est justement le principe d’un avis professionnel. Mais ce genre de remarque me fait sérieusement douter de la pertinence et du niveau d’analyse de certains curateurs présents sur la plateforme.

Ce que je comprends surtout de moins en moins, c’est pourquoi Groover continue de conserver certains curateurs lorsque les engagements ne sont pas respectés ou que la qualité des retours n’est clairement pas au niveau attendu.

Lorsqu’un artiste paie pour présenter sa musique à des professionnels sélectionnés par une plateforme, il est légitime d’attendre un minimum de sérieux, de cohérence et de professionnalisme.

Groover gagnerait vraiment à renforcer le contrôle de ses curateurs, à vérifier que les partages promis sont réellement effectués et à prendre davantage en compte les signalements des artistes.

À ce stade, pour moi, la confiance dans le service s’est sérieusement dégradée.

The ease of finding curators and pros as well as the the reviews!!! Wow finding the right music genre could be a little tricky still so doable and worth the effort. Worth the money.

DO NOT SPEND A SINGLE EURO ON GROOVER BEFORE READING THIS REVIEW

I put €30 worth of credits into Groover to submit my track to curators. Out of everyone I sent it to, exactly ONE actually added the track to their playlist. Everyone else "rejected" it — and every single one of those rejections still burned my credits.

That's the part nobody makes clear before you pay: your credits are NOT tied to getting placed on a playlist. They're tied to getting a "response," and a response can just be a few random lines from someone typing "not a fit for me" in under a minute. So in practice I didn't pay for promotion — I paid for the opinions of 3-5 people I have no way of verifying are even real curators or musicians. Anyone can set up a playlist and start collecting Grooviz for typing a two-sentence rejection. There's zero accountability on who's on the other end.

If you don't get accepted, your money is just gone. Whether the track gets shared or not should be what determines if a credit is spent — instead you're gambling €2 per submission on a stranger's five-minute opinion, and the platform keeps the payout either way. That's a business model built around collecting rejections, not around getting artists real placements.

Save your money and go straight to curators/labels yourself. Groover just monetizes "no."

Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass auch nur ein 5 Sterne Bewerter echt ist.
Ich habe mir lange überlegt, ob ich den Service von Groover für meinen Track "Come back and Stay" in Anspruch nehmen soll - jetzt auf alle Fälle bereue ich zu tiefst doch - 400€ - ausgegeben zu haben!

Ich habe 85 Kuratoren in Anspruch genommen von den 15 von Groover empfohlen waren.

Von den 15 von Groover Empfohlenen waren alle ohne positives Feedback - meist kam die Aussage: ... passt nicht!
Von den 60 Kuratoren kamen zwar gute Ansagen - aber bei 50 die klare ... passt nicht!
Von den 10 übrigen, kamen zwar 8 die es in der Playlist von Spotify stellen wollten - bei genauerem Hinschauen, hatte keiner von den mehr als 500 Follower - aufgelistet unter 100 Titel auf Platz ab 70 -komplett wertlos!
Ich bin mir absolut sicher, dass es keinen ehrlichen Anwender gibt, der hier erfolgreich abgeschlossen hat. Bei genauem Betrachten sind die meisten Kuratoren "wertlos" und haben selbst noch nie viel auf die Beine gestellt - zumindest nicht viel mehr als ich eh schon - aber es scheint n schönes Zubrot für einige zu sein.

Fazit: ü 400€ - Geld für nichts aus dem Fenster geworfen - wenn ihr es zu verschenken habt - macht es - ist aber Sinnlos - wie ein Blinddarm!

Mind Blowing - to be able to successfully target the ideal influencers and list curators and then actually to secure broad based commitments from a high percentage of those targeted. All for a very tiny budget. Groover performs - if you have a quality song.

While the mechanics of the service work as expected, nearly 95% of the feedback received consists of generic, copy-and-paste responses lacking professional substance. It is clear that many of the curators provided by Groover do not actually listen to the submitted music.and the playlist curators are not SPECIFIED in detail as to who they are or what they do.

Worst service ever! after being included in more then 45 playlists, in less then one month and after 600 euros in campaignes result...200 listeners... even a playlist of mine generated more streams .

La fluidité,c'est aussi moyen d'affiner la recherche des cibles qui correspondent au style de musique, les retours sont dans l'ensemble bienveillant. Pour les retombées cela reste encore imprécis pour moi, mon expérience en est encore qu'au premier stade. Il me semble que la difficulté résidence dans cet affinage qui permet de trouver les bonnes ouvertures. Donc dire que le sytème est magique cela ne serait pas une bonne indication. Comme dans tous les sytèmes le tour de main reste la clé d'une bonne utilisation. Je ne peux pas encore affirmer que cette méthode soit la seule à utiliser permettant de rester tranquillement la tête sur l'oreille en attendant la pluie d'étoiles. C'est avis n'engage que moi et il n'est le résultat que d'une expérience naissante.

Is not a scam, but you'd be just wasting money. Is very expensive to have a two lines opinion from some unknown joe on the other end of the world. They're not connecting you to people that can make a difference for you. They're connecting you to "currators" which can be any guy with 10 subscribers on his youtube channel. And for that they will charge you between 3 and 50 euro.

The user interface along with responsive community of playlisters has been great! Would highly recommend to anyone in the dance scene for sure. I make tech/bass house tunes, which is a pretty tough lane, and have found playlisters on here for my niche.
