I just have used the site for the first time. My experience has been very positive. I found a wide variety of curators available to send my music and the response has been great. Also, the site is very user friendly.

Scam. Copy & Paste Antworten, um sich die Coins einzustreichen. Die Leute haben null Ahnung, schlechte Pseudo Playlisten und ziehen dir nur dein Geld aus der Tasche. Finger weg.

Groover offers a platform for self-created music. Whether the music is good or bad is decided by the people who have the power to amplify the song's reach. It represents a real opportunity—especially for independent artists—and that is a good thing. The fact that Groover does not categorically rule out AI is also very positive; after all, there are both good and bad examples in this realm—ranging from people who put a great deal of effort into AI-generated music to those who simply churn out content in bulk.

Uno dei pochi modi davvero disponibili per proporre la propria musica a curatori di playlist, influencer e giornalisti. Purtroppo a mio parere la piattaforma dovrebbe mettere delle regole più restringenti sulle risposte, chi riceve le rischieste dovrebbe avere un tempo più limitato per rispondere. Invece si passano ore a cercare le persone giuste a cui inviare la musica e poi si aspetta giorni e giorni e nella maggior parte dei casi non si riceve risposta... si i crediti ti vengono restituiti, in crediti groover che devi comunque riutilizzare sulla piattaforma per rifare lo stesso iter... e quando ci hai messo ore a trovare i pochi curatori interessanti e adatti al tuo progetto, e questi non rispondono... cosa ti resta? Per consumare i crediti devi inviare le richieste a gente che ti risponderà forse con un feedback inutile perchè la tua musica non è adatta alla loro playlist o al genere che aspettano di ricevere... intanto tu i soldi li hai spesi, per sentirti semplicemente dire "la canzone non è adatta alla nostra playlist"... Caro Groover o trovi il modo di far si che i curatori rispondano, oppure i soldi li restituisci e NON IN CREDITI.

I understand that there simply isn’t enough room in the market for everyone who creates art — and that is something natural. Not every artist will be able to turn their work into a career or reach the audience they would like to. Still, people need to create because, for many of them, art is an essential form of expression and an important part of their lives. That is why I believe Groover’s value goes beyond the purely commercial side of things — making contacts, finding opportunities, or eventually generating some kind of business. The platform also creates the possibility for artists to connect with people who are genuinely willing to listen to what they are doing. Having access to feedback that is genuine, honest, and at the same time respectful is extremely important, especially when that feedback helps artists recognize aspects of their work that might otherwise take them much longer to identify on their own. A good review doesn’t need to say that everything is great, but it can point out possible directions and help someone improve more quickly. For me, this space for exchange, listening, and guidance has a great deal of value.

Einfach rausgeschmissenes Geld. Das Feedback der Kurstoren ist immer gleich: "Das klingt super; die Komposition fetzen; die Emotionen sind spürbar... Aber... leider passt ihr nicht in meine Playlist." Toll zuhören, das wor geil sind, aber für ne Playlist reichts nicht... komisch. Man sucht stundenlang Kuratoren, die den gleichen oder ähnlichen Musikstil supporten um zum Schluss enttäuscht zu werden. Es funktioniert, wenn man 100erte Euro in irgendwelche "Kampagnen " investiert, aber welch kleiner Künstler/Band hat den schon die Kohle dafür. Geht raus auf die Bühne, schließt euch mit anderen Künstlern/Bands zusammen, baut euch eure eigene Fanbase live auf und scheißt auf diese kommerzielle Rotze und von "möchtegern" Musikprofis aka Kuratoren. 🤣

I spent about $80 submitting one track to 28 curators through Groover. Every submission was rejected. I did receive feedback, but none of it led to a placement or meaningful promotional result.

My main issue is that the service can feel misleading for independent artists: you pay for curator feedback, not for actual promotion or playlist consideration that produces results. In my case, the cost was substantial and the outcome was 0 placements from 28 submissions.

I would advise artists to be very cautious, understand that rejections with feedback are not refunded, and not expect a real promotional return just because the platform presents a large network of curators.

It's really a waste of money in reality. I've tried out different genres and it could depend on the genre but overall curators have no clue what they're talking about in terms of sound production and they just copy and paste feedback. And I'm not looking for a sound feedback from a playlist curator anyways, if it fits and they like they sound put it just to help out new artist instead giving a nonsense feedback about sound production which clearly the majority don't know anything about. After some trials I don't recommend this website at all. If you're looking for sound production feedback don't look for curators look for actual sound engineers. This website doesn't help.

Basically a scam. You pay for services or playlisting and get a half assed rejection or curators who don’t follow through on their services. Contacting support is also useless as they say curators have endless time to do fulfill their service or they just continue to “try and reach out to them”. It’s a waste of money and can not help you grow. Go to Submithub instead.

Most of time feedbacks is not what we expect, some are incorrectly negative, some not, there are some positive too of course and even so, when is positive In some cases you can find someone that like your music but in the end have to pass, Its a stick of two points, Its a platform not to make money, its an investment of risk that sometimes its not worthy.

La solita inutile e costosa perdita di tempo. Peggio: condita con scuse offensive del tipo "non ti abbiamo garantito niente" (nemmeno io avrei dovuto garantire il pagamento allora). Davvero deludente

Very dope platform. As I said before I really appreciate how the platform put responsibility on the curators to say something rather than a blank experience. I’d recommend this to anyone at the stage of their journey where it’s time to put a couple dollars into some marketing.
