Love our Grooni mat! We feel such a difference when we use it regularly. Customer service is also excellent.

Sheets fell apart. There were several large rips and thebfabric was separating. They initially responded to the warranty claim then ghosted. Terrible customer service.

I purchased the full body grooni mat, Have used it about half a dozen times the sleep mode is working well for me helping get better sleep

did not feel any benefits from the matt and your customer is terrible. Cant talk to anyone, it is very difficult to get information and make your way thru the return process.

this is too soon to write a comprehensive review about the grooni product i ordered. i've only just begun to experience it and so far my experience has been fine, but not definitive. ask me again in a month!

I adore this product! It arrived to me life when I needed it the most. My body and mind were feeling exhausted and I was very stressed. Within 10 min of laying in the mat, I started feeling very relaxed. Now, after I do 30-45 min sessions my body feels restored, a similar but different feeling of when you get a massage. I love this product and recommended it 100% to help you restore!

We had our PEMF 12 coil mat in one week after placing our order. The order had everything as advertised. We still have not had the length of time to give a full review at just over two weeks of use. But I have noticed some positive changes in my right knee. Which I was told three years ago that I had 'bone on bone' there and would need a knee replacement. And although I experience a lot of pain in my knee I have refused that operation and have tried everything under the Sun instead. PRP injections help moderately to minimum. This is going to sound weird but after the first session for pain on the mat (#5) I experienced some movement in my right knee which was unusual. Then after the second #5 treatment I had severe pain in my entire right leg/knee. The next morning I had very little pain in my knee. After putting on a knee brace as per usual my knee started to hurt again. After taking off the brace the discomfort became minimum. We'll see what happens after a month or two. I did not expect that quick a response. Wow!

Great customer service

Michelle got back to me straight away and showed me which item to order for my pillow case. And she was so sweet when referring to my dog chewing the cord.

I gave a 4 because the website says it processes orders in 24 hours. It took a full month to get my order!
***BUT… the full body mat with 12 cores is amazing! I was previously using a 1/2 mat and this makes a huge difference. I love that it has set programs to run through the night.

Item delayed, didn't work, flashing lights, not instruction manual or customer service. This company and product is a JOKE.

I am very pleased with my Grooni PEMF mat! There was a little hiccup in that I received the wrong mat initially but the support staff was amazing! I sent an email and heard back from them within one hour. They referred me to a return specialist and sent me a label so that I could return the incorrect item right away. They actually even sent the correct item before they received the wrong one back! That just doesn’t happen. I think they were the most responsive company I’ve worked with regarding a return issue.

On the 31st of October 2025 I ordered a PEMF mat from your company. It was a nightmare from a to z. I am from Canada, at first I was not receiving my order and I asked why, I was told that it was back order and that soon it would shipped from your company in Atlanta, Georgia USA to the warehouse that you have in Canada, I had to wait until after Christmas for this to happen. Once this order was finally in Canada, it was shipped through UPS and they sent is to the wrong address in Montreal, Quebec, after 3 attempts to correct the address UPS kept sending the order in British Columbia , which is totally at the other end of Canada related to my address. When attempting correct the address they kept resending it to the same wrong address in Montreal. In the end I was so tired of all this that I asked to be refunded which I obtained but even this was complicated. So, after, almost 4 months and around 100 emails exchange with the very nice lady named Gina Gate from the customer service everything is over now.

Now, let me talk about miss Gina Gate. She is a GEM of a customer service agent, I really like interacting with her. All along the way she was assiduous at replying to my inquiries and was really genuine at trying to resolve this very usual situation. This woman is very well rounded, she is really paying attention to what she is asked, she has a very good emotional intelligence, she is very devoted, she is polite and very good at what she is doing, to conclude she is a true professional. My experience with her is A+, if there is one thing that was positive in this experience, it is to have gotten the chance to interact with her. I never had the chance before to interact with a good customer service like her and I am sure I never will either. She is exceptional.

The problem in this situation, is that it seemed that the people at shipping , to be polite, are far from being as good at their job as miss Gate is at hers, which seem to have totally sapped all her efforts at solving the situation.

Again, thank you miss Gate for everything.
