Customer Service done perfectly!
There was an unexpected supply chain issue with an item I ordered. I was impressed that Grocery Kingdom kept me informed in a timely manner about my order and a few days after the initial email called to offer me a more expensive alternative at no extra cost to me so that my order would be fulfilled. I will be buying again. Thank you Grocery Kingdom.

Excellent customer service
After an initial issue with damage on delivery of a portion of the items, I received a very quick response and refund for the damaged portion of items straightaway. I was also given a discount voucher as recompense. I can’t fault the company as issues in transit can arise at any time, but I was very grateful for the high level of customer service received and would highly recommend to anyone.

Bought large box of Ferrero Rocher. Competitively priced and arrived in good time. Wrapped in layers and layers of cling film and came in tact. There was so much wrapping, it was like pass the parcel but it kept the box safe.
