Accidentally ordered the wrong size, I was able to get customer care to revise my order. I received what I needed and we love it. So easy to put on and take off of my puppy. Thank you so much.

My grip harness got lost in the ordering/shipping/probably the US mail. Gripharness sent a rating request to me, and I responded that I haven’t received it. The customer service department emailed me and I returned the email with a wth is going on? She called me and took my order again and 1 week later I had my gripharness was delivered to me. What other company has gone the extra mile to find out why you didn’t get their product???? And then made sure you were shipped their product!!!! EXTRA KUDOS GRIPHARNESS!!!!!!!!

Delighted with the Grip Harness, so easy to put on & my dog Klopp likes it too, much easier to control when we go for our walks.

I mistakenly ordered an XS small harness when I need an XXL. Emailed them and explained that it was my error. They told me to keep the XS and would send my XXL. That's how a business should treat it's customers.

My order seemed delayed so I sent a request for an update on delivery. I received a response from them the next day. It took a little longer than was expected but I really like the product. It's a good fit for my American Bulldog. XXL. I would recommend it.

I had ordered a harness for my chi/pug/terroir and according to the sizing chart she would be an extra small, when I received the harness it was too small so I email grip harness and told them about it and asked for info to return the extra small one for a med size one and they told me to keep the small harness that they would send me a new one for free and they kept their word on it too got it right away, i would commend them for sure.

I ordered Grip Harness for my fur baby Lulu, & when the first order came, it was too small for her, so I messaged the grip harness people & asked them if I could send that harness back in exchange for the next size up. I sent them her measurements & I asked how I was to send the smaller harness back.
They got back to me & told me to just donate the smaller one to someone that could use it.
I thanked them for their kindness & generosity & I would do business with them again. I appreciated what they did to go out of their way to do that, & I'll never forget this.

I placed an order Aug. 13, 2021 for a grip harness. It was charged to my credit card Aug. 14, 2021 and I haven't received it yet!!!! Order #25632. Aug. 20 2021 I got an email stating "Your order is on the way", but where is it????

What a joke----order never received no way to contact company to receive any information I could not recommend this company or product Poor service with no answers

I still haven't received it, or any notification at all!

It is great easy to put on and the dog seams to love it
