Order took over a month to receive. Emailed customer support and received response in a couple hours with shipment update. Harness finally arrived after a month and I am very pleased with it. Very good quality. Works as advertised. Very comfy for my dog.

Not good at all! They sent me the wrong size, no name or phone number like they advertise and it looked nothing like the video. I emailed CS and they said they would "look into it" that was two weeks ago and crickets!!

I wish I had the Zero Star option. We ordered a harness and leash back on March 19th. The company did not process/send our order to DHL until March 30th. Emailed them on April 6th (there is no phone number for this company) because according to tracking, our order had not moved since March 30th. Contacted our VISA to dispute the order. I did purchase a harness and leash as I could not wait any longer for my order. Finally received our order on April 22nd, 34 days after ordering. Emailed company requesting that they send me a prepaid return shipping label. They refused and stated that I would have to pay for the return shipping. They also charge a $4.99 restocking fee. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Still havnt received my purchase placed mid March. Funny they had no problem running my credit card.
I have reached out to support, just keep getting BS excuses.

I ordered my harness February 17, my card was charged the same day. I have sent multiple emails regarding my order. The first response was it was lost with the courier so they were making another one for me. This too was nowhere to be tracked. Funny thing, both tracking numbers were identical. You cannot get the same tracking number for two different shipments, impossible. They just keep saying, international shipment takes a while. Canada Post hasn’t received any such shipment (s) Stay away from these scammers, they take your money and run! I will update this if I ever receive the product!

There was an advertisement on Facebook for a dog harness. GripHarness.com. The site states it is American and located in Lewes Delaware. The site allows you to purchase a harness for your dog. The harness appeared to be a perfect item for our puppy. After going through the purchase and receiving confirmation of the payment, we got a shipping notification with a tracking number. Every time we checked the tracking it said "Not found." Other than the initial email we received nothing about a delay in the order. We went back to the site to find out about our purchase, and found no phone support so we reached out via email and Facebook messenger. Attached is an image from the chat messages sent and the dates of the message. After researching and checking the website whois on ICANN.org, I found that it was created by an individual and the country is Iceland.

Strongly recommend those who have ordered and been scammed report to the Better Business Bureau ASAP.

I placed an order on March 21st and still have not received it. I inquired and was told it was shipped on March 30th. Tracking number is not helpful and no shipping updates. I was excited about using this for my puppy who pulls a lot on walks. I most likely will not order from here again and would go to my local pet store and just buy one. Not sure if I will ever receive it.

Waited over a month; 35 days before I received the Gripharness I ordered. I paid extra for shipping insurance and thought I would need to use it because I was sure it was lost in the mail after waiting 3 weeks with no shipping update. I contacted the company and they promptly replied within 24 hrs and told me that shipping takes 10-20 business days.... It did not. My puppy has grown so much since I ordered (thankfully a larger harness than I needed) over this period that the harness is likely to only fit for another 2-3 weeks. Looking at the quality, the waiting time for shipment is NOT worth it. You can get better harnesses from more shipping-efficient on-line stores. I would not buy from them again.

Terrible customer service. Sent me the wrong size harness after weeks and weeks of waiting. I wanted to return the wrong size harness for a full refund, said I was responsible for all costs. everything in terms of cost plus a $10US restocking fee! Plus the harness is cheap and made in China! I would never recommend buying from there. Be aware, very aware of buying from GrpHarness.

Ordered harness and 20 days later I am still waiting for its arrival. Tracking says it hasn't even made it to the USPS. I have sent many emails trying to find out where it is but no answers. Poor customer service. I will never order again. I have learned to purchase such item from pet store, Chewy, or Amazon. Hoping to get my money back.

I placed my order and was sent an email saying that the products were shipped which came with a tracking number. Well my tracking number doesn't work and doesn't exist.

I must say people should take responsibility for their care of products they buy. I ordered a grip harness for my too fast growing pup. I messed up and got the wrong size, they had me refuse it and resent the right size--#1 customer service! then when the harness arrived I have to say it was worth the wait. I have another which is copy--but the GripHarness is superior in every way. Yes it takes a while to get but its worth the wait and the quality is obvious. Speed up the ship process and it would be totally amazing.

Didn’t hold up after a few months of use. The Velcro stopped sticking. I emailed customer support but never got a response. They apparently don’t stand behind their products. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I’m out $39 because I can’t use the harness.

Ordered two Items. Harness and dog bed, Harness got lost took almost a month before we received and not as advertised. The bed is way too small and flat, the dog won't even get near it. The harness is ok but one advertised name was printed on the harness this one we got had a tag that sticks to the, tracking kept saying items sitting in one place for two and half weeks. NOT GOOD. . Shipping was terrible

I am very very very satisfied with the harnesses I bought for my 2 Golden Retrievers. Easy to put on, comfortable for the dogs, great for walks. I've tried many over the past few years and these are the best by far.
All in all, a great purchase!

Absolute scam. They've sent me two different tracking numbers and neither carrier has received the package nor have I. Multiple emails saying the same thing over and over. They refused to refund saying no refunds because it already shipped but the Post Office and DHL both never received the package. Absolute scam.

The harness had not arrived, I contacted the company because the tracking system wasn't working. They found it and responded right away. The harness arrived 2 days later. I love the harness, Frankie is not so sure. He lies down when I try to put it on him. I will be happy to shop with the company again.

Well i think I'll like this but it was a weeks long effort to get the order. If yours doesn't come keep asking. I had to pay a shipping fee because they couldn't deliver original order.

I ordered Grip Harness and seat belt accessory. I waited for several weeks then reached out on line after not receiving it. I was told it had been delivered 2 days before by USPS. I did some additional checking and it was delivered. Vendor was prompt with answer and correct. Our dog is now stylish and safe in new harness. She walks well in it also. Great service.

Harness not Received

I received confirmation of my order #32599 on 10/7/21 along with information that I would receive an email and text when my order was ready. My Visa card was billed for the harness. Now on 11/1/21 I have received neither the harness nor the update on the order. I continue to receive ads for the product as if I had never ordered it.
