I wish I could put a minus 10 sign. Even on I placed the order on May 17th. I've been waiting for the order for 1 month. Ok. I understand the delivery range and related nuances. The order was not delivered to me after either 1 month or 2 months. Referring to the delivery service, the seller nevertheless promised me to resolve the issue regarding the refund of the money I paid for the order. It's already August, but I still haven't received my money, and my email requests have been ignored for the last four weeks. No one gets in touch with me, the money is not returned. In fact, I was deceived and my money was appropriated.

Im not wanting to even give them 1 star: 0 stars : terrible liars. Goods never delivered. Tried to lie to me for over 3 months saying my parcel was delivered- when it wasn’t. Delayed and delayed returning my money. Dreadful company- should be banned from UK advertising and prosecuted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I still am waiting for them to return my money.

Scammers. Fifty liars who scam innocent people. When you contact them they make out they are legit. Their delivery service is a huge fake site also. There are a few online fake companies running together on Pinterest.

Statusupdate wordt telkens veranderd maar ook dat zal nep zijn. De track and trace code bestaat niet als ik het invoer.
Goeie les: Nooit meer doen !
Pure diefstal en de dieven komen er ook gewoon mee weg. Telkens weer

It has been a bout 6-8 weeks since ordering and I still haven’t received my package! Order totaling $54.00! What can I do do?

This site is a scam. It advertises outfits at $1.99 after a month of trying to find out where my order is, their tracking # is nowhere to be verified. Today, Inwent directly to their site and put in my order #, and guess what, at the exact time I entered it, they showed they my order was just delivered ( at exact time of my inquiry. I di not receive my order! It is a scam! Don’t order from this site “Gridrove.com”! Big Scam!

Ordered May 15th 2026, checked my tracking on the first order and it said delivered on 15th June 2026 - It was not delivered to my address which is correct on both orders, the second order is lost somewhere and dI am waiting to hear back from them on both instances, I am not holding my breath!

Steer clear this company is a total scam, Placed 2 orders never got either one.

Hi,
I never received my order! I placed it on the 4th of May and through a tracking platform I was informed that it was delivered on the 1st of June! I contacted the customer's service three times and they have no idea what happened. On their site it is mentioned that the order would be delivered by DHL but no one notified me, I never received a message about the delivery and the company didn't even inform me of the local carrier.
As far as I know the delivery was made by XICHEN a site in chinese, with which I could never communicate!!! Beware!
