Would certainly recommend

Really informative and comprehensive survey. It was conducted in a timely manner and to a great standard.
Communication was very quick and clear as well. I’d definitely recommend.

A fantastic service

A fantastic service provided Gribbon and Pelham, very quick at getting access into the property, revisited when they couldn't get access to a garage with no issue and issued the report in a timely manner, would highly recommend

The best surveyors around

The best surveyors around! I have been working with Gribbon & Pelham for almost 15 years now both on a professional and personal level. They are the only surveyors I am happy to recommend my clients to and they're the only one's I'd call to do my own survey. I am in the process of buying another property. Tony is the first thought to get in to have a look. The whole team, Tony, Rita & Sarah are all brilliant and I have nothing but good words for them all. Fantastic service & competitive pricing.

House survey

Appointment for the survey was made promptly. Had a very informative phone call from Tony following the survey, with the printed version received a few days later.
Very pleasant to deal with and would recommend/use again if I had to.

Professional survey

The survey was carried out professionally and efficiently. The report was clear, detailed, and easy to understand, giving us confidence in the condition of the property. Communication throughout was excellent, and the follow-up call was especially helpful. We’re very pleased with the service and would happily recommend them.
