Complained about an issue, garden was torn up and left insecure, had to complain to get it corrected after months.

Tried to talk to a housing officer about an issue, we have been waiting 10 weeks, despite me phoning weekly.

Follow up complaints on another issue were closed with no resolution, nobody would phone us back, the company does not follow it's own complaints process.

If you call the call centre then expect to be fobbed off, they are unable/unwilling to transfer you to anyone. This company is so impersonal and don't care about their tenants.

Their exec appears before MP's and tells them how to improve customer service in social housing settings, yet they have no idea of what they are doing to their own customers. I asked her to contact me, to try and describe how customers feel....she failed to respond. They don't care.

Constant phone calls requesting repairs boiler broken down,electrics keep blowing walls dripping in condensation,no hot water,radiators not working get told after waiting 45 mins on phone you are on a 7 day call back, call never happens. The worst H/A I wish I could move.

I've lived in my property for over 21 years since lived here, my windows are worn wood crumbling away, my kitchen is old & tacky & bathroom has never been changed either, 6 times I've had the big man crew suveyors come in, telling me they will be changing this that in the last 4 years wasting my time & their time too, after their visit you will never see them again.. they are the worst company & im ashamed to say I live in their property... they have failed us they get paid for doing nothing absolutely nothing... the materials etc they have used are cheap & tacky I do not have double glazed windows every year they say your on the list for them to be changed, we've recieved a budget & they will contact me later in the year but 4 years have passed nothing at all...

Worst company I have EVER dealt with. I can’t put into words how awful they really are. The call centre staff are mostly rude and lack common sense. No response to complaints or emails within the written time scale. I have made numerous complaints over the years due to repairs, cow boy builders, trades men who linger at your house for hours without completing repairs. I even had a work man take a nap in his van outside, meanwhile tenants have to wait months for repairs (sleeping tradesmen may not help this situation) I’ve had the complaints team practically admit to what a shambles this company are. Only to be met with more hurdles and crappy service the very next time I have to deal with them. You can wait weeks to receive any communication and months for repairs, but you can bet ANY money if you are an hour late paying rent there phones work well enough then and they are more than happy to pester you!! You are treated like scum just because you are in a council property (I work full time and always have). The bad press and coverage on this company is massive and it’s no surprise why. If this association doesn’t end up crumbling in the near future in would be very surprised. If I could give 0 stars I would! Awful awful awful.

After 7 years living here I am disgusted with how I’ve been treated! The work never gets done. The customer service team just laughs. Currently have 2 complaint on going and contacted mp! I currently have no kitchen sink and can’t use washing machine and won’t come out till end of Feb! Can’t get hold of parts to do it myself! Disgusting landlord! Don’t get how they get away with it!

Criminal landlords as the property I inhabit does not have a Gas Safety Certificate, or carbon monoxide monitor. Failure to provide a Gas Safety Certificate is a criminal offence. I know of 22 flats they rent which do not have Gas Safety Certificates. This has been pursued with them for nearly 2 months to no avail. I hope they are prosecuted as they are putting the health and lives of their tenants at risk.

GSA took over another care company in spring of 2021, caring for an elderly relative.. this lasted less than 6 months before the relative was placed in a carehome due to the carers not being able to give him the level of care he needed. it seems they cannot get their accounts straight as 18months later we’re getting demands for bills that we’ve paid to the company before they took over! Several times we’ve been billed we paid the first time, if they can’t get their accounts straight because of incompetence, that’s down to them! I’m not re paying bills!

Greensquare doesn't even deserve one star but here we go. What an absolute shambles of a company, Cowboy builders, Bodge everything up only for it to get worse in months time. GS doesn't care about their tenants or the condition of the homes, only care about the money they receive. Mouldy leaking roofs, Toilet bowl not fitted properly, front wooden porch is rotting away, Seals on the door frames and windows coming apart causing condensation and mould. Leaving a disabled child and baby without hot water for 6 weeks only for the customer service team to turn around and say "You've got a kettle haven't you, use that". Leaving a mouldy floor in the bathroom for years after several complaints only for them to say "It's discolouration" but when it was lifted up there was thick black mould everywhere. This has all happened within the past 5 years and I'm absolutely disgusted in the way they treat their customers.

Iam not a tenant iam a friend of one of your tenta. He has had scaffolding up at his kitchen window for some time he has asked how long it would be there no reply. He asked again no reply xx you ask tents to respect you why are you not respecting them Have read reviews after reviews not a good thing to say about you or your company xx also its govement legislation to reply to emails with in 7 days. It not fair on rent paying tenants to put up with your cowboy aditued as some reviews I read are from the disabled and vorble people you have on your books it makes me sick to think your getting away with it !!!

Do they read any of these I’ve been on list to move out my flat for past 4 years because of medical reasons I can’t manage the stairs they asked for my medical records NOT ACCEPTABLE they asked for a letter from my doctor got them that NOT ACCEPTABLE but want tell me what else I need to do they say moving forward together what a joke but there not accountable to anyone so do what they want

I disagree with even giving GreenSquareAccord even one star. I have called over 11 times and still had no response after numerous promises. Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. All promises and nothing ever happens after weeks of calls

Thankfully not a Tennant with this association but acting for someone who is. I've never come across such a useless inept bunch of people in my life. Only gave one star as no option to give none. My heart goes out to people who actually have to pay rent to them for the total lack of service and their uncaring attitude

Poor service, poor housing and no help. Had issues from beginning when moving in and started of with mould and cold water. Bearing in mind 1 child and pregnant women and asthmatic. Nothing was done other than "clean it yourself" then got infestation around January 2022 and phoned accord on 3 occasions in February to inform them about this they did nothing. I had to call my own pest control and take a £500 loss on damages which they claimed to compensate but have been ignoring me till this day. Sh** housing society. Hope they enjoy the pile pf evidence in court

One of the worst HA's I have ever had the pleasure to meet, bunch of jumped up little hitlers. I am not a tenant thank god but my girlfriend is, she is registered disabled and now threatening her with eviction, they think she or I is running a business from her address, total fabrication, I live in London with my own place she is in Calne, I visit her weekends when I am not at work, the story is very long but the outcome is they are trying to control all aspects of her life just because she rents from them, not one good thing to say about them.

I moved into a property in greensquare since 2019, i have been racially abused by my neighbour which is still ongoing i have complained several times to my housing officer nothing has been done about it. Even to the extent of assaulting my daughter still no one came out.

If given the choice I would give GreensquareAccord no stars. The shrubs in the communal gardens have not been cut in years. Yet they continue to take service charge from us. When they do cut the grass in the communal gardens, they do not take the trimmings away with them and blow them all over the place with a blower, creating a mess! I am a physically disabled tenant and have sent proof of disability to them, but they still do not care! They buy land from the council for Projects before they find out if they have permission to go ahead with the project! Then let it over grow with brambles into tenants gardens, when they are refused permission for the project they brought the land for! Absolutely disgusting housing association!

Zero stars , disgusting horrible housing association,,, for 8 years had different problems ,,from leaks ,,,no bath mixer taps for 3 years had to pay myself in end an get my own plumber,,,,no heating no hot water ,,damp mold ,,,front door don't fit ,,,rotten mouldy windows ,,,over flows leaking ,,,toilet don't flush ,,,leaks under bath ,,bathroom floor lifted up ,,, bath cracked and rusty ,,,,storage heater fell off wall broke my foot ,,,no lights at all for 4 months ,,,coz wires in bathroom light caught fire ,,,,cooker switch burnt out an blew fuse board was without out cooker for 5 months ,,,my mental health is down the pan an I'm cold feel dirty an ashamed thank you green square accord

So I found a wet ceiling in the bathroom last night was worried as it seemed to be encircling the light! Yes it took me 30 minutes to get through the emergency line but and engineer was here in 30 minutes spot on service he done a thorough check could not find a leak! System all fine! May of had a leak in the roof after the day of bad rain! But I cannot fault this service excellent.

How can a company like this continue to treat their tenants in such an appalling manner and the people in charge keep their jobs?
We have lived in a Greensquare property for 8 years, a brand new build, we have not had a single year when we have not had issues with our heating and hot water.
It took 6 years for them to realise the boiler was faulty and install a new one, it's been in for 15 months and the new one has broken again.

It's now 6 weeks of no hot water to bathe in, with two Autistic adults in the house with sensory issues that mean bathing in cold water is unbearable for them. Due to how often we are without hot water we have requested an electric shower as back up, this was refused, we are now going down the GP and occupational health route to challenge this decision.
We have had plumbers and gas engineers come out and say they can't fix it, the boiler needs replacing.
We have been ignored, our emails and messages unanswered, we have had an instance of abuse by one of their call staff who refused to help in any way.

We were assured a month ago that the head of the gas team was contacting Worcester to get a new boiler under warranty, we called Worcester ourselves to be told that they have no record of one of their boilers even being in our property. We have been promised that the same person in charge will call us and let us know what's going on 5 times and she has NEVER called back, we have just called again only to be told she has gone on holiday!!

They cannot keep getting away with treating people who pay rent like this. I have seen numerous messages on their twitter and Facebook from people with the same kind of issues. The last plumber who came out to us is a Greensquare tenant and he said he's moving because they are such a bad housing company and he works for them!!

We have put in two official complaints and nothing has been done, we are now looking at another weekend with no hot water.
We are now going to contact the ombudsman and get legal advice.
We can't even swap our property because other people now are aware of how bad this company is and refuse to swap with Greensquare tenants.

They don't care about bad reviews, they don't care about people living in bad conditions, they don't care that their inability to carry out repairs is affecting the health of their tenants. They simply don't care.

The people in charge should be utterly ashamed of leaving vulnerable people in these situations and NEVER having to answer for it.
