AWATING FOR DELIVERY OVER 2 MONTHS. NEVER ARRIVED, HAD TO CONTACT A BANK TO RECOVER THE FUNDS. NEVER AGAIN

I bought 10 bags of water softener salt on 19th August (order # 36995) and am STILL waiting, despite countless empty promises of imminent arrival from Sath, Vasanthe, Jalal and the company director, Jayson. Now, Greens Essentials don't even respond to my calls or emails. AVOID. Nov 2024 update: credit card company chased them up and we were both refunded by Greens Essentials Ltd.

Took weeks to get a delivery. Goods received were not as advertised. No customer service. Avoid at all cost

Scam company. Do not use. Nothing is ever delivered.

Part of my order arrived finally, no communication whatsoever, still waiting on the balance of my order, not worth the grief dealing with them

Ordered a product which was showing as in stock, paid and received confirmation of 2-4 day delivery. On day 4 I checked and the order had not even been processed. Emailed - no reply. Sent a message via their contact page - no reply. Called their number and had to listen to the most shambolic rambling voicemail that ended with a promise to call back that day or the next- you guessed it - no call.
Another email when I mentioned raising with my bank elicited a response that they were issuing a refund, no explanation.
I sent an email stating my obvious annoyance and got a response claiming they were having "difficulties" with stock. Seems to me they take the money regardless and then try and source the product judging by the number of people who have been let down. Do NOT give them your money.

After their promise of delivery within 2-4 days on the 5th day I phoned 01923775722 their number.
Initially an automated voice stated that the VOICE mail was full so I could not leave a message so sent an email instead. I phoned several times & received the same message.
Smelling a rat, I invested further.
Still day 5 I looked at the TRUSTED PILOT reviews for the Company Greens Essential & saw that it was a Company to steer well clear of.
I phoned my bank, stated FRUAD. The bank have organised to have my monies returned to my account. This my bank did whilst I hung on to phone. My bank has organised my return to be there within 48hrs.

I would give minus 10 if I could 😡. I placed a large order 8th Sept, only some of it arrived, flimsy packed, the majority didn’t. Kept apologising for the delay and saying it would be delivered, they kept moving the delivery days. They were going to refund my order as a goodwill gesture, nothing since they said they would since 26th Sept. Still no sign of the rest of my order. Today 11th Oct, decided to refund me after emailing again to say no sign of delivery. I’ll believe it when I see it. My bank is now involved. I wished I read the reviews first. Shocking company, just after money, complete scam. Do not order from them.

Placed an order for over £65 in September. Have tried calling Jay several times - mailbox full. Two emails sent with no response. From the other reviews on here, I suspect I will not get my order, by my husband and I are driving over to the shop soon to ask for a refund. Very poor service. Even the order confirmation just says how much has been paid, but not what’s been ordered. We are honest people and this is very upsetting. Shame on you for ignoring emails and messages.

You ask what went wrong this time but it appears that it is the same problem over and over again. Don't give these THIEVES your money you will never hear from Jay or anyone from Greens Essentials again . I suspect that they only provide goods to local people in the hope they will get more custom! I have contacted them 3 times now on an order placed and received by them on the 25th September. They keep sending discount vouchers but never the order. I will also advise Evri not to provide a service to them as they blame them for orders not arriving.

As a follow up, Thank you Trustpilot, after 1 month I was asked to prove that I had made a purchase from Green's despite a couple of messages from Jay. I had kept my receipts (fortunately) and after a month received the item I had ordered.I would not use Green's again but after my initial review to Trustpilot I managed to get my purchase. 25/10/24 unable to update elsewhere.

Scammers. Ordered goods, never arrived. Excuse after excuse so I asked for a refund. Not replying to me now!. Scammers

My second order here and as always greatly received, quick delivery and items as ordered.

Orders never fulfilled, promises not kept, outsourced call centre agents who cannot help, refunds not made. Avoid, either scammers or completely useless at running a business.

DO NOT USE. 100% a scam. They will take your money and you will never receive goods.
States they use EVRI 2-4 days. They don't. When goods had not arrived and I enquired after 8 days of no goods an email was sent with grammatically incorrect (suspicious) English promising, ' next day delivery '. Of course product never came. I have reported fraud to my bank.

I had ordered some coffee beans from this company in August it is now October , and i still haven't received them, i have emailed them a few times, only to be told the same thing, that the delivery is delayed.
I wish i had read the reviews before placing my order.
i have asked for a full refund, but surprise surprise, no email or correspondence.
A word of warning , please do not use this company, they are absolutely shocking. day light robbery comes to mind.
I wouldn't give them any stars, i would give them Zero stars.
i will take this further, because they shouldn't be able to get away with it.

Avoid this company. Over a month late, and despite a reassuring e mail, absolutely nothing has arrived and no refund made. This appears to be a case of hooking you in with competitive pricing without any stock or capability or intention to fulfil the order. Terrible.
