Greens Hardware and Essentials Arvostelua 

Ordered two bottles of Prime for my son. After about 3 days, one of the bottles was marked as dispatched by Evri. Then Evri 'delivered' it - not to my address or any of my neighbours. Proof of delivery was a photo of the parcel in the driver's hand in the dark and it was marked as left in the porch. Obviously, that is an issue with Evri rather than Greens.

But this is when Greens should have stepped in and sorted it out. I contacted them on multiple occasions via the live chat on their website. Most times you don't get an answer of any type. If you are lucky you might get a reply after a few hours. They tell you all the right things - I was promised a replacement would be sent on multiple occasions. As soon as I asked for proof of dispatch and tracking info they went silent.

Needless to say, I never received anything. I will be claiming my money back and will order from a more reputable store.

I should have read the other reviews for Greens Essentials before I placed the order.
Just don't bother taking the risk.

DONT order from here I ordered 2 weeks ago and nothing !!! No good received, no reply to emails and won’t answer the fone, your better off just burning your hard earned money

I haven't received my order. No reply to my enquiery. And as somebody else wrote ... the real google maps don't show Greens Essential as being on the address.

Items did not arrive. On enquiry was told they would arrive the next week. Repeat x3 then gave up. Emails seem auto-generated and the contact address is a newsagent on streetview.

Parcel never received after countless emails. Promised delivery but never arrived. Answer machine is always full when trying to telephone. Won't use again!

Terrible terrible company. They take money and do not send items. They lie continuously too. Items were ordered for a 10 year olds birthday and never sent to me! Absolute thieves

Recommend this company. Very helpful, made an order that the couriers lost in transit. The lovely person at Greens Essentials sorted it all out for me very quickly and I was very impressed with the service.
They sell a great variety of products both UK and International and are sent well packaged and quickly too.

Total scammers when my items did not arrive after a week I phoned them and they seemed very help full. but when I didn’t hear anything for a few days I called them and got the same sales talk so I got in touch with my bank and asked for a charge back on my Debit card and I got my money back ( I think this company might on there radar as I got my money with in a hour of calling Lloyds )

Appears to be an SCAM: Ordered Softener Salt 14th August, after a much email correspondence gave up and requested REFUND: they said it was confirmed refunded 2nd October, still no refund. Now trying to get Barclay Card to get money back.
Very difficult to get trough on ‘phone, emails not answered until this stage when I am trying to get money back, now emails regularly answered by Jay as though he cares: feel like I am being strung along, cannot believe a word he says.

Do not trust this company. They took my money but did not deliver after 6 weeks. Fraudsters.

how is this company allowed to trade, i made a huge mistake ever by not reading the reviews ( i'm always telling people to do this) 6 weeks later still no goods with excuse after excuse then i have asked for a refund, still excuses blaming the bank with no refund after 2 wks. SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. hopefully someone reads this & its stops someone getting scammed by this company. please always read the reviews. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS

Company selling items that they do not have in stock (as per previous reviews). Random copy / paste response to my complaint. Avoid.

Items not received within the promised 2-4 days so after 10 days I contacted Greens who replied promptly with a stock answer about supplier and delivery issues. They then promised to ‘upgrade my delivery to next day’. 4 days later still no order so I emailed again. Greens replied to say my order would be dispatched next week! Clearly selling items they don’t have so I asked for a refund which has been made.

Ordered chocolate bars but both were beyond the best before date , one was best before February 2024. One bar was also broken due to inadequate packaging. I have been trying to contact them but so far no response. I wish that I had read the reviews first , if I had I would not have ordered from them.

Can't believe i had to give this place even one star.
How are they still allowed to trade, 100% SCAM!!!!
Took my money and i never received the goods, didn't respond to any emails, thank god i paid on my credit card and managed to get the money back from my bank. Obviously the very rare good reviews on here are made up by Greens. Here's an idea for the scam artists, try and make money honestly! Oh no you need a brain for that!!

Best avoided. Got a refund after a couple of email exchanges. Did not appear to have item in stock despite still being listed on website (Zeiss lens wipes).

Placed order 15 days ago,blamed 3rd party suppliers no communication or refund.Avoid, they are con merchants
