The Green Recruitment Company Arvostelua

I had an excellent experience with Noor and the Green Recruitment Company (GRC). Noor, along with her manager Mollie, communicated very clearly with me during the process of applying and interview with my new employer. Noor's feedback after each stage was very fast and helpful. GRC also clearly had a good relationship with the employer, which gave useful insights about the role and made the process very smooth and open. I would absolutely recommend Noor, Mollie and GRC to anyone for finding their next role.

Good Organization. Sam was the first recruiter I approached at the start of my job search and she was the last one I talked after getting placed in a job. Very professional and responsive, understands the needs and brings in the opportunities.

Great experience, promptly updated on each step of the selection and available for every doubt or issue.

Mollie was very helpful during my employment for Gamma Energy. She has provided me full information regarding 3 interview stages and what preparation needs to be done in order to pass. Also, i have been receiving support from her and she convinced me I will pass. She is very professional and same time friendly. Therefore, we built positive ralationship. Im thankful she provided me this opportinity and selected me among other applicants. Thank you very much for your assistance and support!

Tatiana was able to send me job offers that matched perfectly my profile and expectations. She remained in touch until I signed the job offer and my resignation letter of my current job was received by my employer. She provided me examples of resignation letters.

Good follow through during a tough placement.

Working with Mallory Dale was such a pleasure. She was very positive and supportive along the way from the initial screening through to my final interview. She was really responsive, always prompt in providing any information I had requested or just to follow up on how things were going. This was my first experience with a recruiting agency and I have to give kudos to TGRC for the impressive work!

Overall, it was a great experience. I have worked with recruiters in the past and this one excelled in both communication and coordination. Each time they said they were going to reach out in a certain period of time, they always followed through. The one criticism I had, relative to others I have worked with, is that I think the recruiter could have done more to prepare me for interviews. In the past, I've had recruiters send me information about who will be attending the interviews and their respective LinkedIn pages to assist me in preparing for the interview.

My recruiter has already checked in with me after my placement and said he will check in again after a few months. The recruiters at the Green Recruitment Company clearly cares about the people they work with. Thank you!

Excellent experience with this company and in particular with Jess Brisley. After a phone interview, I told her about the need of redirecting my career towards new areas. She perfectly understood the situation, giving me a few options and guiding me during the whole process; now I am working in a very well reputed consultant. Hence, I strongly recommend to contact Jess and The Green Recruitment Company if you are looking for a new job position.
Best,

Juan Piñero Guerrero.

Mariah Hifzulrehman was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. This is the first real experience I have had with a recruitment firm and I have to say it was a really positive one. Mariah kept in touch on a regular basis right until the end of the process. I would definitely recommend.

Wanted to say how much of a great experience I had with Mollie Naughton. Coming from a background in recruitment I had some knowledge of what makes a good recruiter and Mollie definitely topped the lot (was much better than myself that’s for sure). She helped me the whole way through, always made sure to answer any questions I had, was extremely supportive throughout the interview processes and all in all was just fantastic to deal with. I don’t know much more about The Green Recruitment company, but if it’s all full of Mollie’s then you’ll be in great hands.

Jack(Eagle) introduced me to my current company and throughout the process, he gave me an extraordinary support! He kindly walked me through the entire process in a professional manner by providing me advice, good information resources tailored to the company(that he researched), and great support in general. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind, Because of Jack my experience with The Green Recruitment Company was amazing.

It's a great blessing to have Joaquim as my recruitment consultant. He was very helpful in guiding me throughout the interview process and he gave constant updates on the progress. During his absence, his manager, Leuan, keep me updated on the progress of the post interview review. After I joined the organization, he called to enquire on how I was fitting in the role, which amplify his commitment to the well-being of the candidates he is responsible. These are great examples of recruiters that are responsible and committed to the success of the candidates.

Friendly and easy to deal with. No issues.

Jack, representing the GRC has been wonderful to work with.
He approached me for a role that I ended up taking.🚀

Throughout the process, Jack was guiding me and making sure I had all the information required to make a decision for myself. He is very competent, professional and considerate, which made the whole experience very pleasant.

Many thanks Jack and the GRC.

Mallory was very professional and helpful in every way. She guided me through step of the way and was always available for any questions I had.

Great professionalism, understanding of the market and constant communication throughout the recruitment process. Cory Rogers excels in these matters and makes the experience well-rounded.

Wanted to take couple minutes and review my experience with Chris Mandella, who handled my most recent job change. From start to finish, Chris did an exceptional job, focusing on my needs and making sure it was a perfect fit. Lot of attention to detail and would make certain to follow up to make sure everything was going smoothly during the process. I would recommend Chris to anyone seeking a change.

Mallory was immensely helpful throughout the recruitment process. She initially interviewed me and got information to then apply me to companies. I felt well prepared for every interview I had coming my way and she helped me gather more information when I needed it. I appreciate her work to get me setup at a new company making more money and better benefits.

Harry was excellent to work with. He was very professional and led me through the process with expertise. I highly recommend him and the team.
