Same talent pool, not very many candidates, all candidates that are available are low quality.

Specific, detailed oriented and professional

I worked with TGRC to find a new position in the energy transition space. They did a great job guiding me through the process. I had a good experience. I highly recommend TGRC!

I recently had the pleasure of working with James Doherty, a consultant with The Green Recruitment Company and I couldn't be more impressed with his dedication to me as a client. Throughout the entire process James communicated exceptionally well, always keeping me updated and informed. He went above and beyond in every aspect, from negotiating salary on my behalf to thoroughly preparing me for interviews with the hiring company.

Even though the opportunity didn't fall the way we hoped, I truly appreciated James's effort and commitment. His friendly demeanor and genuine interest in my success made the experience a positive one. Hopefully I will will have the opportunity to work with James again in the future and highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a top-notch recruiter.

Well-managed cross-border hiring process, numerous advice shared by TGRC throughout the process

CV gathering for none existent roles, steer clear

Most of the reviews on here say they are responsive yet from my experience I applied for a vacancy they were advertising, didn’t hear back so emailed to see if they had received my application still no response, have emailed again but as yet still no reply.

Cant recommend Noor highly enough. From the first point of contact from The Green Recruitment Company about the role at Laser, (Commercial Services Group), it was very clear, concise and an easy transition. The opportunity ticked all the boxes and felt that everything I was looking for in a new role to further my career was met by Noor and the team. Noor was very helpful and nothing was too much effort. Thank you to Noor and the team at Green Energy Recruitment, I am already settling in to the new role a few days in and looking forward to the adventure.

Noor was great all the way through from my initial call to receiving a job offer.

Every interaction within the interview process was very well accompanied - it consisted of a pre-alignment before an interview and a fast debriefing after it, making it easy to keep track of and understand the recruitment process overall. The team from The Green Recruitment Company was always available, and even on time off, they always ensured someone with enough context of the overall process. 10/10.

Good information, honest feedback, helped with strategy to land the job
