I would like to thank Michael from the Greenpower mobility repairs team who came out to fix my scooter. Unfortunately after looking at the steering column which needed repairing he found that the steering column wasn't the problem he found the the subframe had detached from the steering column. He phoned the repair department and told them that the repair that he had come out to repair that he wasn't able to carry out he told them it was the subframe. He said that he had raised another repair call out to get this sorted he was polite cheerfull and explained everything. I said I hope i wouldn't have to pay anymore than I I had already paid he said they would let me know.

it would be much better if you had a branch down south so you did not have so far to come, and we could have simple things done

Looks like all you guys who wrote a review on this page put it into the wrong green power this is green power se a swedish company, you need to rewrite them and put them on green power mobility haha what a blunder

I have had bad and sad moments with Greenpower and their comunication but glad to say that the Engineer who came out to me today was a five star Gentleman on all fronts. efficient, answered all my daft questions, he was tidy and kept me informed what he was doing. Thank you Andy.

Brilliant service and delivery from Trevor, the Engineer who went the extra mile to demonstrate and ensure I knew how to use all the scooter functions. He fully explained all the paperwork that goes with the scooter and did not leave until I was entirely confident with my purchase and use.

A very good mate sadly bought one of these Fastest scooters, he was so excited, but never used it its done max 10 Miles since last September.
Sadly he died last month, so I called to see if they would buy it as its like new, all they said was " na we don't buy our own." That put me on the back foot ...
And all the mobility scooters companies I have called ALL say they are rude , don't let us buy any service items from them and one company said " how they are still going is amazing, as they are rude and charge min £120 for NO work and do t fix the problem.. Bin it was whati was told..So Green Power will be going on BBC watchdog

I needed to exchange my Fastest scooter for a three wheeled ZT500 due to manoeuvrability issues in the corridors of the retirement community/village in which I live. No hassle and superb service from Green Power. Scooter has created a lot of positive reactions from the residents here. Scooter runs like a dream and does at least 35 miles on a charge (I have't tried to run the battery to its limit of 45 miles as personal range anxiety is a limiting factor ). On present performance I expect this scooter to last for many years and expect to buy a replacement from Green Power if this scooter ever wears out.

When I wrote my last Greenpower review re their Fasterest scooter I have since found a great local firm who can maintain my scooter when necessary and particularly annually by arrangement and my scooter is police and goverment registered officially on my insurance. Which has removed any anxiety about local assistance. The fastest is a brilliant machine for which I receive a lot of lovely comments and I am certain you could not buy a better safer form of transport for disability and you freedom of independence.

Jim our delivery man was very helpful explained every aspect of the scooter very well a few times & made sure we understood everything he showed us how the scooter all works very friendly & cheerful showing how much he enjoys his job he deserves a bonus as he is a really nice person who makes you feel you have known him for years wonderful man

I received delivery of my three wheeled scooter two weeks ago and thought I'd save the review until I've run it for a while.
The ordering was easy, I used the chat on their website for questions that I had about which model to purchase. the Green Power staff were very helpful and professional in advising me and giving information.
The order was placed and they contacted me straight away to arrange a delivery date with a timed window. Delivery was spot on time, by their own staff, a lovely guy named Andy who went above and beyond to ensure everything was OK, and I was comfortable with the scooter.
I've been out on both short and long journeys and the scooter is fabulous. It's very comfortable, stable, easy to ride and the battery is great. The longest journey so far has been 18 miles with a few good hills included, the scooter handled perfectly and there was plenty of power left.
Would I choose this company and scooter again? Absolutely yes. Green Power 500 model is very attractive, comfortable and functional. The company is very helpful and professional with great customer service

I bought a new scooter in December 2024 and am very pleased with it. Had an unusual electrical problem with it in May 2025 and an engineer came out to repair it within 7 days. He fitted a new controller at no expense and was very friendly and affable.
I am 80 years old and have purchased several other makes of mobility scooters over the last 12 years and I find Green Power are way ahead the others in all aspects, value for money, customer service and warranty obligations - In fact I would go on to say "I've tried the Rest but Green Power are by far the Best!"

Hi I just bought one today a BL800 please note although the range states 35 miles on a single charge this is not the case if your a big guy like me I weigh 32 stone and I guarantee you your not going to get this range I know this from having a TGA s4 Breeze in the past your going to only get 10miles at the speed limit of 8mph, I know this is not what you want to hear but the bigger you are the more strain it puts on the battery so don't go planning long trips cause you are going to run out of juice also a not to buyers of this model I can't stress this enough get the option to buy hard tires you get a puncture they are hard to push even in free wheel mode also i suggestion that tour get a breakdown insurance cover from the date you purchase it as you nether know when it is going to get delivered. I am currently leasing a powerchair from Motability and I it has its pros and cons you cannot use it well on getting on public transport especially in Manchester due to the seating g arrangement on the Bee network the Metrolink is your best bet but please note that the lifts are very narrow and you might struggle getting in and out on certain stops ie Bury and Heaton Park. and the cons well it costs me £250 a month just to lease it as I have a top model powerchair. another con is now I have purchased my first brand new scooter I have to pay a £250 restocking fee with Motability but hey its done now also currently my chair went in for a parts upgrade and they might have it still for another month before I get it back but the did give me a superior model for a replacement .

Most scooters are road legal they come with a license plate number but this does not have to be visible like it does on a car.

I have been leasing scooters and wheelchairs from Motability for the past 5 years now and the money I have spent I could of bought 5 of the scooters by now so if you can avoid doing what i did save up and buy one outright remember if you go down the Motability route your only leasing it it is nether your even after the 3 year contract.

My mother bought the exact same model ordered in January and she loves it so if I like it I will give it an honest review on YouTube in the near future.

times i find it is a great scooter and i am enjoying it immensely thank you so much Green Power.

Had a problem with a broken bar on the back of my folding scooter. Callum came out and repaired both rear bars. Very pleasant job completed very quickly.
