From rio to salvador to São Paulo,all executed with punctuality (bearing in mind 2 of the flights were changed),friendliness and style. The cars are good,the drivers friendly even if English was difficult, and overall we couldn't have been more grateful for their reliability.......thanks.

When we arrived in London we were greeted as expected. The vehicle was OK a little dirty inside. The driver insisted on listening to the world cup at high volume. I turned it down slightly myself only to have him turn it back up.

On our departure our vehicle failed to arrive. We tried to contact the two numbers provided one of which appeared incorrect as the person had no idea what I was talking about and the other Emergency number went to voicemail. In the end we were forced to take a cab and pay £65. I emailed asking for a refund straight away but I'm still waiting for a reply 4 days later.

My advice is not to use this service in London.

We recently used Greenpath for all our transfers on our Honeymoon trip to Vietnam. We had booked airport-hotel-airport transfers in Ho Chi Minh, Nha Trang, Hoi An, Hanoi, Halong Bay and Hanoi to Airport. On the whole they were excellent. Drivers were very polite, informative of the local area and engaging. Cars were safe and clean. They were also on time. There was only one transfer that failed to show at the airport in Hoi An. After a quick phone call to the company a driver arrive within 10 minutes. We then decided to phone the company the day before each transfer just to confirm our booking which wasn't a bad idea anyway as we often wanted a later pickup than we had booked. Greenpath are an excellent company and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. At $26 a transfer, it was relatively more expensive than hiring a local taxi in Vietnam but we didn't want the hassle nor the bother of haggling for prices or being ripped off as we have heard many stories about. We felt it was value for money and a very trustworthy service. Keep up the good work!

I had a return transfer from Ho Chi Minh airport to my city hotel and back.
Had some confusion on pick-up at the airport as the name board was badly misspelled. OK, I know my name is foreign in Vietnam but surely it could have been copied accurately from an email.
We changed our return pick-up time (to later) but the car failed to show. When we called we were told it would be 5 minutes, which turned out to be 10-15 minutes.
Other than that the cars were as advertised (in terms of capacity), modern and clean. Drivers were well-turned out and pleasant.
Despite minor issues I would certainly use Green Path (given competitive rate) again (this was my first time with them) and its rep in HCMC, should I be back that way.

We were very happy with our Greenpath shuttle service. The driver was waiting with our name up at Rio airport. He helped us with our luggage both at the airport and at our accommodation and made sure we were at the correct place. We will be using their service again soon.

The drivers we got were very professional, timely, helpful, kind etc....I'm lost for words to describe how welcome we felt and how appreciative we were. We don't speak the language and were in Brazil to do media work so having someone to help translate for us and communicate with the locals were essential and Sergio as well as Adelmo were always there for us, patient to listen to what we wanted to do, clear with their suggestions....after all, they are local and know better when it came to making decisions about the best routes and how to save time. There was also Renata whom we did not meet but communicated via the phone. She went above and beyond with the information she gave us on our intended visits and last minute changes.

I'd come back and get them to drive us around anytime! Thanks for a great time in Sao Paolo!

The pickup was exactly as described with someone waiting for me with a name plate outside of customs at the airport. They led me to the carpark where the car was ready within minutes to transfer me to the hotel. No hassles and a friendly service. I will definitely use this company again.

During my working trip to Vilnius I was pleasantly surprised by clarity and accuracy of the service, and very courteous peoples.
Just all the difficulties encountered during the trip associated with my time changes were quickly and favorably settled.

On a recent visit to Barcelona (5th to 9th May 2014) we were met at the airport by our taxi driver. He had our name prominently displayed and carried our case to the taxi. He was courteous and polite. On reaching the hotel he explained to us that on our day of departure, we should wait in reception and told us what time we would be picked up. (He had a copy of the same paperwork that I had received from Green Path Transfers). Sure enough on the morning of departure we waited in our hotel reception and and bang on time our taxi arrived. Absolutely no complaints about this service.

WE (8 persons) COULD HAVE MISSED OUR FLIGHT IF WE STILL WAITED!

Late confirmation, late booking voucher (They might have not send it if I did not message them persistently) and yes I looked at my spam folder it is also not there.

Our Pick-up time is 6.15am. I called the local number at 6.40am and they told me they were going to pick us up just right now. So we just went and hailed a cab instead. Really disappointed. They just made us think online booking can never be trusted.

To Green Path Transfers, I really don't know if its just your Ho Chi Minh branch but I'm really disappointed. I thought you are a good, reliable, TRUSTWORTHY company.

And please, it would really be a BIG help if you have a general contact number for everyone. Even a Viber App Number or maybe Skype would be a REALLY BIG HELP.

When we arrived at the airport we were met by our driver who was very friendly and we had a comfortable journey to our hotel. Unfortunately our return transfer failed to turn up. The hotel staff spent 30 minutes trying to phone the numbers provided one was unobtainable and the other there was no reply. After 40 minutes waiting we had no choice but to pay £50 for a taxi to take us to the airport.

On our return I emailed Greenpath and they replied very quickly apologising and reimbursed us half of the cost. I then sent them another email explaining that there website stated that for a late pickup or no show as in our case the whole amount would be reimbursed. They agreed to do this without any problem (they should have done it in the beginning really though). This was really too little too late anyway. I think they should have offered to reimburse the £50 we had to pay for the taxi to the airport for all the inconvenience and stressfulness of it all but there was no offer this and I'm sure there won't be!!

They did give the $100 voucher but as I would have to think very hard before I used them again this probably won't be of any use. I would certainly look at other companies first.

We've almost missed our flight. At 4 pm. we left our hotel The Royal Horseguards. Our boarding time was 7.10 pm. Green Path confirmed, that 4.20 pm. should be early enough. At the day of our flight there was a Tube-Strike. Because they confirmed, that departure at 4.20 pm. will last enough, we didn't think about, it won't be enough time to get to the airport. Normally 3 hours would be totally enough to get to the London City Airport from London City. We thought that our driver made a detour. The driver drove out of the city in a totally other direction as the airport was. After about 1.5 hours driving, the driver thought to choose a new route what we didn't understand. We had the feeling, that the driver didn't really know the way. Finally we arrived at 7.10 pm. at the check-in, which normally would have been too late. We were lucky that the plane was delayed, otherwise we would miss the flight. Unluckily we'd had a smooth, hassle-frree transfer!

Tried Green Path for the first time in Vietnam - found them on Google and were comparing a couple of providers but chose these as price competitive and liked the green aspect.

In Hanoi the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. No English, but didn't really expect that. The car was a small Toyota, slightly dated. As we got within 5 minutes of the hotel, the driver stopped the car and started asking for a tip, and kept going on about it until we got to the hotel. Made it slightly uncomfortable.

On the way back to the airport the driver was perfectly on time, very friendly, same average Toyota, not hassles for tips (but we did leave him one)

In Da Nang the driver was there waiting for us again, very friendly happy guy. Straight down to Hoi An quickly. For the return trip our flight changed so we emailed Green Path customer service to move the transfer back by 2 hours. They confirmed by email but the driver turned up 2 hours early anyway, so we had to send him away.

Only thing I'd question is the 'green' claim - there was nothing particularly green about the Toyota in Hanoi, and in Da Nang they sent a mini bus to take just 2 of us to Hoi An!

All in all a good service, they are competitive on price and no real hassles.

So much more convenient than dealing with local cabs, both on arrival a departure. I will use them every time.

I used Green Path in Brazil for a trip to and from GIG airport to Copacabana in Brazil. My driver was outside with my name on a sign when I arrived and promptly took us to the car. He didn't speak alot of English but enough to get us to our destination. On our return, we needed to move our reservation back 30 mins and it wasn't a problem. Our driver was on time and we made our flight. Great service.

It was perfect. I really satisfied at the quality of their service. I will use it again soon.
I used their round-trip service from the almaty airport to the almaty city in Kazakhstan. I arrived at the airport around 11:00 pm. Green path transfer brought me exhaused because of a long-distance trip a hotel in safe. The driver was very kind and fluent in English. So it was easy to communicate. I love Green path Transfer. I will recommend it to my friend.

We had another excellent experience with Green Path Transfers - this time in Taiwan. We arrived on time to the int. airport in Taoyuan. We waited for our driver at tourist information counter and got a bit nervous when the time was a minute past our schedule. But just seconds after I received a phone call from the company, that the driver was looking for us. And really, he found us soon. The drive was smooth and just enough fast, driver very polite. We went to our friends an hour drive away. They were not at home when we arrived. And instead of dropping us in front of the closed doors, driver called our friends and even drove us to nearby restaurant where we could wait for our friends more comfortably...
