This is the second time I have used Green Path for my transfer from the airport to the hotel (and return) in Kuala Lumpur.

Both times have been exactly what I would expect :

* On time
* Clean vehicle
* Nice driver

I would use again and have recommended to friends.

We were transferred from the airport to our hotel in Kuala Lumpur and then back again. Both vehicals were clean and modern. Both drivers were friendly and safe drivers.

The service I received in Barcelona was nothing short of appalling.

On arrival it was a 20 minute wait for your representative to appear.
I had ordered a Sedan for the transfer I was taken to what can only be described as a School Bus.

I was asked for the voucher which clearly had the address of the hotel on it.
Your driver then took us on the transfer from hell.

We travelled into Barcelona which was relatively traffic free.
I am a frequent visitor and have a reasonable knowledge of the city.

Your driver took us out of the city a 25 minute journey and then stopped to ask some pedestrians for directions.
They were unable to help.
Then back into the centre of Barcelona another 15 minutes

They fact that the driver could speak no English at all did not help the situation.
I advised him we were in completely the wrong area.

At this point we showed him the address again

He stopped went into a local cafe asked us if we wanted coffee ?
We were getting very very frustrated at this point and as we were on a tight schedule wanted to get to our accommodation.

He then made a couple of phone calls obviously to get directions as he was hopelessly lost !!

He then put the correct address in his Sat Nav .
8 kilometres and a further 25 minutes later the School Bus arrived at our Hotel.

The service was not what I had booked.
It was supposed to make our transfer quicker and more comfortable than using Public Transport !

Far from using you again I expect an apology and a full refund.

I was hesitant to book with GPT. I had never been to Jordan before, but after some research their prices seemed too good to be true for airport transfers to Amman. I was so happy I took the chance. Service was fantastic! My driver was early on the pickup at the airport and exactly on time for my departure back. He was friendly, courteous, and an all-around professional. The car was comfortable and sleek and made for a relaxing journey both on arrival and departure. I'll 100% be using GPT when I go back to Jordan.

Our arrival flight was delayed however driver continued to wait for 3hrs for our pick up. Which in turn is a positive. However our departure was what made the decision indifferent. Had to follow up on where the taxi was, in the morning of the departure. Company seemed to be misinformed of our flight schedule even though the paperwork had the correct information.

I used Green Path for my trip to Seychelles in November 2014 and I was absolutely amazed with the value for money and the service on the phone and in resort. I had to change my departure from the UK quite last minute and Green Path not only responded instantly to all my queries, but also changed the transfers free of charge (even though it was under 24 hours). The vehicle in resort was of a very good standard and the driver was very friendly and helpful. I am definitely using Green Path going forward, as opposed to Resorthoppa who once left me stranded in resort and never answered my emails.

We were met by Kevin who was well presented and transported us without any problems to our apartment. He gave us a commentary along the way about Barcelona and Spain in general. The vehicle (Mercedes) had plenty of room making it a comfortable journey. Excellent value for the service provided. I would definitely recommend for Barcelona.

Reasonable price, very good service

I had two problems with my trip to Brazil and Green Path Transfers dealt so well with both of them. The first problem was my fault because I designated the domestic airport for pickup when it should have been the international one. I informed Green Path and my booking was altered almost immediately. Second problem at a later date was caused by a guest house cancelling my reservation at the last minute. I had to book in at a hotel and this meant alerting Green Path to my change of accommodation for my second pickup point. Again, the change was made very quickly. On both occasions, despite the late changes, everything went smoothly with the transfers. I was met on time, treated with courtesy and taken comfortably and safely to my destinations. Ten out of ten for efficiency and reliability. First class service

Our Friends (non-Asian passport) took longer than us (with Asian passport) to clear the immigration due to the waiting time at the VOA section of the arriving group
Driver waited for an hour for us with no complains
Return pick up is on time as well
Will definitely book the next trip with Green Path Transfer again

Booked transfer from Ho chi minh airport to hotel. the driver was waiting with my name on a board, brought the car near to get our cases in and helped with them as well. Car was large and comfortable and very clean. Driver did not speak a lot of English but that was fine, as he did understand us. I would definitely use Greenpath again and would advise any one who needs a transfer to book with this company, can not rate them highly enough. Thank you Greenpath

We used Green Path Transfers to get from the airport to our hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Even though our flight was delayed our driver was waiting with a sign showing our name. He quickly helped us to his airconditioned car and drove us to our hotel. He was very polite and the car was clean and comfortable. Everything was as I hoped it would be - just what we needed when we were tired from our long flight. I won't hesitate to use Green Path Transfers again.

Service was up to expectations, and taxi was waiting for us on arrival as expected, and we faced no issues.

Booked to be met at Cochin airport, driver did not arrive. Waited 1 hour at 3am before getting a taxi, phone numbers provided did not work. When querying what happened the following day informed that the driver waited for ten minutes after the flight landed, unsure if anyone has ever walked out of the terminal within 10 minutes of landing! Then the night before the return transfer informed that they had made a mistake and booked the pickup from the hotel for the time that the flight departed!!!!! Comical but absolutely useless experience that could not be any worse! DO NOT USE

It was a great expirience to use this service.
The whole process is so simple and easy. Payment can be done through paypal as well as credit cards.
I needed to change the destination after completong the booking and did it by sending one email to the support .i recieved an updated voucher almost imidietly.
On our return, we found a local driver for better price and cancelled the return. They enable to cancel 48 hours before transfer and i recived the payment after a few hours to the paypal account.
The prices green path offered were cheaper then the hotel.
I will for sure use their service when landing in un known places

Transfer from Vilnius was very prompt and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better service!

It was easy to arrange for a car and driver to pick us up at the Madrid Airport and take us to our hotel using the Green Path Transfers website and the pickup was done exactly as expected. Everything was perfect - you could not ask for anything more! I will definitely use Green Path Transfers again.

Place a bid to be collected at airport servicing Nha Trang (Vietnam). Driver waiting with sign and I was taken to accommodation without any issues. No problems with this company and would use again.
