Green Motion operates a car rental service for Lisbon Airport (LIS), with its office based nearby in Prior Velho, Loures. This desk serves travellers flying into Lisbon and needing a car for the surrounding area. From the arrivals hall, turn right and head for Exit 4, next to the Vodafone store. Cross the first pedestrian crossing and wait there for the shuttle, which typically arrives every 15 minutes and takes customers the short distance to the rental office for car collection. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 07:00–21:00, including public holidays.

Ci dispiace leggere che l’auto consegnata a Lisbona presentava danni nella parte anteriore. La sua recensione non indica quali conseguenze questo abbia avuto durante il noleggio. Strong-Arm Tactics To Purchase Additional Insurance Coverage
The rental agent tried to force me to purchase additional insurance (which by the way costs 2X of what the actual rental charges were.) He threatened me that if I didn't, I would be responsible for the full value of the vehicle. I am well aware of this (and could easily afford to purchase any vehicle on the lot.) Full coverage is provided through the credit card that I use for all car rentals anywhere in the world. In addition, they require customers to pay 1,800-2,400 Euros deposit, which I was more than happy to do. I also had these strong-arm tactics when I tried to rent a car from Green Motion in Faro, Portugal last winter. When this happens, I just order an Uber, walk out and don't rent the car. Even if it's prepaid, my credit card company immediately reverses the charges. I've rented from Green Motion 10 times in the past 2 years and generally have had positive experiences. These were the only 2 times where the rental agents were unusually aggressive about this. I'm supposing that they receive commission on selling additional insurance coverage and attempt to scare people into purchasing it. I'm afraid that many foreign drivers fall for it.

The cover available through a credit card and the rental deposit can involve different terms, but we cannot establish what was said or required at the counter from this review. The absolute worst experience ever!!
The absolute worst experience ever!!! I picked up my rental on 09/20/26 and it broke down within 2 hours of having it. I was stranded on the highway for over an hour waiting for roadside assistance. I purchased full coverage insurance. They keep charging my card for added charges, last charge was yesterday for the tow truck charge. I have now been charged a total of $1180.23 for a vehicle I had for 2 HOURS!!!!!! Customer service does not exist we these people!!!! Completely DISGUSTING what they are doing. Today is 10/13/26 and they still have not credited me for anything!!

La location a été parfaite sauf l’assurance
La location a été parfaite, la prise du véhicule comme le retour.
Juste un petit soucis sur l’assurance pour la voiture que j’avais prise avec le vol et qu’on m’a fait croire qu’elle n’était pas valable pour m’en vendre une à 320€ pour 15 jours ce qui a tripler le coût de la location. Elle était cependant bien valable après renseignement mais qd on est devant un guichet a l’étranger, on n’hésite à ne rien prendre !!! alors renseignez vous bien avec ces assurances …

Tudo correu lindamente e o único problema q eu encontrei foi para encontrar o shuttle de ligação no aeroporto de Lisboa. Não existe sinais físicos no local, mtas pessoas não sabem onde fica, a q horas chega, onde pára, etc... Tirando esta situação, a experiência foi bastante positiva no seu geral. Olhando ao facto q eles entregaram o carro molhado para esconder os riscos na pintura q eram imensos. No contrato vem os defeitos já existentes mas mtos deles não estão ainda registrados. Convém esperar secar e fazer um vídeo detalhado a todos os defeitos do carro antes de sair do local para evitar surpresas (€) na hora de entregar o carro.
