Dear Mrs Dorko,

Thank you for your review.

I'm sorry to hear that you were prompted to communicate over the phone rather than via email, as we're more than happy to communicate in this way rather than on the phone.

Please feel free to send any queries to vbrcustomerservicesteam@greatrail.com and our team will be happy to help.

Great trip! Great representative!

I had been looking at this trip for quite some time, but I was not sure about some things! When I talked to Efi, my concerns all went away! Efi was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! She answered any questions I had, and she made my wife and I feel so comfortable about the trip that we knew it was the right choice to book the trip! All of the communications with Efi were friendly, professional and in a timely manner exactly as she said! After talking with Efi my wife and I are even more excited about this trip than we initially were! Not many companies have a representative as sociable, knowledgeable and professional as her! It was easy relaxing and fun to work with her!

Friendly, helpful booking

While it took a while to get to speak with a representative, she was very friendly and accommodating during the booking. I had previous inquiries to cancel and a friend's reservation to match. All of which she took care of helpfully.
