Took over 1 hr to contact by phone
Took over 1 hr to contact by phone. The rep took our full amount for trip but neglected to tell us there were only single accommodations. We had to call again to contact another person 3 days later to request a refund. We did get our money promptly but this left a bad taste. We tour Alaska railway last year and they were very good and well organized

Could not get a response
I registered for a trip on August 31, 2026. I had several questions that I couldn't find the answers to on the website. I attempted to call, but my call was not answered by a person. I submitted a contact report with my question, but did not receive a response.

Lag time in gettiing back to me about trip
The customer service representative was pleasant and answered my questions. He told me that arrangements would need to be made and not to book travel until I had heard back from them. It has been three business days, and I have not heard whether my trip has been arranged or if adjustments are required. My credit card has been charged for a non-refundable deposit.

Customer service reps Cameron & Lamine and…
Customer service reps Cameron and Lamine (?) were both very friendly and helpful. Lamine answered some initial questions from my wife. Cameron handled the reservation and questions that I had. It was a pleasure dealing with Cameron. He emailed me everything that he said he would right after our call.
