Initially my experience was good but…

Initially my experience was good but verification of enquiries took a long time. When eventually provided the price had changed. Finally on speaking to a manger all was resolved satisfactorily. One of the sales team was not rude but curt and unhelpful

Very pleasant and helpful customer service staff.
Managed adjustments without any problem. Gave helpful advice

Have never travelled with them before but left me feeling optimistic that this will be a well organised and great trip.
