Next day delivery?

Brilliant beanbag good size quite firm only negative so far was the next day delivery which turned out to be seven days but that was known before completing the order so actually order came on time but don’t advertise next day delivery if you can’t get different products next day

Really great customer service

Really great customer service. The beanbag didn't get delivered at first due to a mistake in the address but as soon as I contacted them they replied straight away and were incredibly helpful, making sure it got delivered the next day!

Bean Bags Rule Again...Nice one Great Bean Bag Company....

I was looking for a Bean bag to go in my Lounge after redecorating and ordering new furniture.. I came across the Great bean Bag company by pure chance.. Great website, very easy to navigate and visuals of bag sizes against people was a great idea. ordered a large purple corduroy one.. The order was taken and reviewed.. I was called by someone from the company and they apologized that the purple was in short supply [ bear in mind Covid ] I was happy to wait the extra time and the bag turned up as promised... It is FANTASTIC ... quality is great and it suits my room perfectly.. The color match is spot on.. the material is also great quality as well... Great service from a Great company [No Pun Intended]

Well made utility bed but could be comfier

This is a robustly made, smart bean bag but it doesn't have a lot of give and doesn't look very comfortable. I'm sure it's hardwearing and well made but can you make it a bit softer please.

Thanks for your review Elaine!
We try to ensure that our bean bags have enough filling, and in some cases perhaps add slightly too much. However we do this as the bean filling should settle down as it is used, as the beans tend to compress as they are used. In order to make the bean bag slightly more comfortable, it might be worth removing some of the beans. However it's best to keep whatever you remove as you might find that once the beans settle you will need those beans to put back in the bean bag.
I hope this helps!

Absolutely perfect

Very organised delivery and great product! Only took 5 mins to put together and they gave me extra bean bags for the inside just in case. Great size and material. Would definitely recommend!
