The whole point of recurring shipments…

The whole point of recurring shipments is to provide the customer with a product in a timely manner with no lapse in said product. Auto draft on 3/15 and it is 4/1 and still hasn't shipped. This would only be my third shipment -- the first two were timely. Contacted support and they did offer a 10% discount and stated would be shipping shortly. Two weeks later and nada. So cancelling completely as have purchased another product elsewhere.

Gratsi Team is Superb!

The Gratsi team has always been helpful, fast in response to emails, and SUPER fair in making sure that shipments arrive on time. The wine is EXCELLENT. Thank you, Gratsi team!!

Although I had delayed shipment

Although I had delayed shipment, once I received the wine it was delicious, and I received a full refund. That was completely unexpected , I appreciate the company acknowledging the complication and trying so hard to rectify it. I will be ordering wine again. And I will recommend this company , customer service went above and beyond and they have an excellent product

Changed to one of my saved ship to…

Changed to one of my saved ship to address on order minutes after placing it and took a few weeks to get in touch after I sent two emails and the answer was they changed it for me.
Now weeks later the order never shipped. Extremely bad customer service

Great customer service!

I had just placed my first order and had a question about delivery process. I reached out thru email and the response was within minutes and very helpful. I have not even received the wine yet but they all ready won me over on Five Star customer service.

Beside the long delay in shipping

Beside the long delay in shipping, the wine taste wasn’t up to our liking because it was light, watery as well as vinegary. I ordered two reds and one white and they just sitting here since the delivery and we taste them. I’ve had better wines

Our support email is listed in multiple places such as on our website, in your order confirmations, and in all of your shipment communications. We also reached out to you directly through Trustpilot requesting a bit more information so we could look into this and help resolve it, but unfortunately never received a response from you. We’re always glad to step in and fix situations like this when customers contact us. Without a reply to our outreach, we haven’t had the opportunity to investigate or make this right. I have had occasion to interact with…

I have had occasion to interact with several people at Gratsi wine and that has been a great experience. The whole team are united in providing excellent customer service. In recent months I have tried to stop ordering from companies with which I am not familiar because of bad experiences so this has been a happy surprise. I enjoy the red and am looking forward to trying the rose on order next. I do reccommend Gratsi!
