Great red wine if it's drinkable
I really liked the red wine and it was my go-to for over a year. However, 1 out of every 3 boxes I bought were bad. The bad boxes were very dark red in color and musty. Completely undrinkable. I kept trying a few more times and still 1 out of 3 would be bad. Needless to say I have stopped buying it only to waste money. I purchased these in liquor stores so I do not have any reviews of customer service but I have to believe I am not the only one that has had a bad box.

Very vague answer, if I order on Thursday, you should be working with UPS to get a a delivery date ( at least the day of the week), since I need to be home to sign for this, I need at least the day it will arrive based on when I ordered!

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand the frustration here. Since an adult signature is federally required for wine deliveries, knowing when to expect your package is important, and we know needing to plan around being home can be inconvenient.
While we wish we could provide exact delivery dates at checkout, shipping timelines can vary based on carrier routing and processing, so we’re unfortunately unable to guarantee specific delivery dates in advance. Most orders are delivered within approximately 3 business days after shipping, and once your order is processed, tracking information is generated within 24 hours with an estimated delivery date provided by the carrier.
Since The adult signature requirement is a federally mandated policy for alcohol shipments, it’s not something we’re able to bypass. To help make things easier, we do offer free delivery and pickup to UPS Access Point locations, as listed on website. This allows you to pick up your wine on your own schedule rather than waiting at home. Many pickup locations offer extended hours and are often open seven days a week, and packages are held for up to five business days after delivery.
We appreciate you sharing this feedback as we’re always looking for ways to improve the experience and set clearer expectations for our customers. Cheers!

This is a good wine
This is a good wine. There's a lot in the box and we'll worth it but to be honest I still feel everything I do with a regular bottle of wine. With this wine your not supose to get the head aches or hang over but it wasnt the case with me. I can only have 2 glasses then I feel very lethargic.

We’re sorry to hear it didn’t fully match your expectations when it came to how you felt afterward. While many customers find they feel better drinking cleaner, lower-intervention wines, everyone’s body responds differently. Factors like hydration, individual sensitivities to alcohol or tannins, and even how quickly you drink can all play a role.
One thing we’ve noticed is that serving sizes can sometimes be a little deceiving when pouring. A standard serving is 5 oz, but depending on the glass and pour style, what feels like two glasses can occasionally end up being a bit more than expected. Little factors like that can sometimes have a bigger impact than we realize, and everyone’s experience can vary.
