Withdrawal Delays
I am currently experiencing a very frustrating delay with Gransino regarding a withdrawal.
I requested a €500 withdrawal 18 days ago, which is well within their stated limits and something I have successfully done in the past without issues. However, this time the request has remained “under review” with no clear progress or timeframe.
I have contacted support multiple times via live chat and email. The responses are always the same: references to “backlog,” “high volume,” or that the request is being handled by the finance department. No one has been able to provide a concrete timeline or meaningful update.
What concerns me most is that this is not a large withdrawal, yet it is being delayed significantly. I also currently have a larger balance on the account, which makes this situation even more worrying, as it raises doubts about how long it will take to withdraw the full amount.
I have been repeatedly reassured that I will receive my payment and that my account is in “good standing,” but after more than two weeks, these reassurances are not enough without actual progress.
At this point, I am still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed. I will update this review if the situation is resolved, but for now, I cannot recommend this platform based on my experience.

Het is belachelijk dat deze casino in Nederland mag opereren. Ik ga me beklag doen bij de Nerderlandse kansspel autoriteit!!! Beste mensen ik hoop dat jullie na het lezen van deze review nooit een account aanmaak bij deze casino. Ze zijn de moeite echt niet waard!!!! Dit is een eenrichtingsverkeer casino...richting het casino.
En ik beloof, elke dag dat ik langer moet wachten op mijn uitbetaling, zal ik elke dag een klacht neerleggen de de kansspel autoriteit. En ik hoop dat mijn mede Nederlanders dat ook gaan doen zodat deze casino zijn vergunning in dit land kwijt raakt.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel! Nachdem ich fast meinen ganzen Gehalt verspielte, habe ich den Chat kontaktiert für eine Kontolöschung! Was natürlich nicht ging und ich auf den E-Mail Support hingewiesen wurde! Sofort habe ich natürlich eine E-Mail geschrieben und eine Kontolöschung beantragt da ich spielsüchtig bin! Diese E-Mail wurde natürlich ignoriert und ich habe wieder gespielt! Ein neuer Zahltag wurde fast gänzlich verspielt ohne jegliche Chance auf Gewinne! Erst als ich mit ask gamblers gedroht habe wurde mein Konto gelöscht.. bis dahin hatte ich meine kompletten Ersparnisse und meinen Gehalt aufgebraucht! Selbst wenn es mal zu einer Auszahlung kommen sollte dann braucht diese Tage bis Wochen!

From 9/3 I have won 1900euro.i made three withdrawals of 500euro day by day .They are saying that the limitation of my account for withdrawals is 1500 euro.The thing is that none of my withdrawals is received to my account .I emailed them many times and the answer is that “you will get your money as soon as possible “and there is nothing to worry about.
I told them that in the past someone have called me from their company to inform me about my withdrawal and I want the same to happen now .The reply was that “you can only send email”.
I am so unhappy to say that probably they are frauds.
Next step is my lawyer ofcourse.

A bit slow
I like the selection of slot machines, but the site can be really slow, especially in the evening. Several times games took too long to load, and sometimes I even got kicked out of a session.
