Casinolab isn`t flashy, but it works for me. The games actually load, support amswers when I bug them, and the bonuses useally show up. I don`t win every spin (obviously), but I still end end up messing around here for a while.

Played a couple of tournaments on CasinoLab. It was fun at first, but the leaderboards update slowly and I lost track of my ranking a few times. Wins were small, and I ended up feeling a bit meh. Three stars because it`s alright, just not exciting enough.

Maar nu is het dus vreselijk een week staat je whitdrawal op je account en er wordt NIETS MEE GEDAAN.
Nee hier moet je echt nooit spelen .
Ik weet nu dat het ook anders ksn dus ik ben hier weg.

Slechtste casino waar ik ooit gespeeld heb, het zijn echt oplichters. Ik had 2450 euro op mijn account staan, die was plots weg. Er bleek een bonus actief te zijn die na 48 uur niet meer actief was en het totale bedrag weg. Echt triest dit. Uitbetalingen duurde 2 weken voor max 500 euro per keer, speel daar niet mensen, er zijn veel betere en klantvriendelijkere casino's. Ze reageren ook nergens op, de chat doet het vaak niet of er zijn 150 wachtende voor je. Nogmaals slecht slecht slecht!!!
update: Hieronder hun reactie, en dat is precies wat ik bedoel, je word van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd, ze hebben letterlijk 2400 euro van mij gestolen, maar een oplossing komt er niet!!!! Mensen geloof mij, ik heb er een heleboel gehad, maar deze zijn echt oplichters!!

Goedemiddag, ik schrijf met gemengde gevoelens deze review het spelen was zelf goed was leuk en er is genoeg keuze, maar als het er dan op aan komt dat je wint en je wilt het geld opnemen duurt dat erg lang er staat dat het 2/3 werkdagen duurt maar er veranderd nog niks aan mijn status van de uitbetaling graag zou ik zo spoedig mogelijk hebben dat er iemand naar kijkt en het geld gewoon gelijk overmaakt mocht dat snel gebeuren zou ik mijn review nog heroverwegen en eventueel aanpassen

Stressed a lot with the withdrawal cause i actually won lol but i got it after 5 working days, request 28th March got it 4th April so despite slow process you can still get paid out!

Mijn ervaring met Casino Lab is tot nu toe gemengd. Ik heb inmiddels een deel van mijn uitbetaling ontvangen, wat positief is. Op dit moment staan er echter nog twee uitbetalingen open die nog in behandeling zijn. Het is voor mij belangrijk dat deze ook correct en binnen een redelijke termijn worden afgerond.

Zodra de resterende uitbetalingen zijn ontvangen, zal ik mijn beoordeling heroverwegen. Tot die tijd wacht ik de verdere afhandeling af.

Deze goksite heeft erg veel weg van oplichterij. Er wordt beloofd binnen 3 werkdagen uit te betalen, maar dat doen ze niet. Als je in de support chat vraagt wat de status is van je uitbetaling krijg je constant standaard berichten dat het proces bezig is.

Ik heb momenteel nog steeds geen geld ontvangen en ik betwijfel of het ooit nog gaat gebeuren.

CasinoLab is currently blocking access to my funds.

I have €250 in pending withdrawals (€150, €75, and €25) that have not been processed within the stated timeframe. In addition, I still have €300 in my account, but I cannot withdraw it because the system states that I have reached the maximum number of pending withdrawal requests.

This means I currently cannot access a total of €550.

My account does not require verification, yet withdrawals are still delayed. Customer support has provided inconsistent information and no clear payout timeframe.

Very concerning experience. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
Refined addition, 2nd of April 2026:
Additionally, CasinoLab stated that they could not locate my account based on my initial contact.

This is because I initially contacted them using a different email address. I have since provided the correct email address linked to my account, along with all relevant account details.

Given this clarification, the statement that no account could be found appears to be based on incomplete information rather than the absence of an account.

Despite this, my withdrawals remain pending and no clear timeframe or resolution has been provided.

Update April6 2026:
Since posting this review, partial payments have been made.
I have received €75, €150, and €25.

However, a remaining €300 withdrawal is still in processing.

While this shows that payments are possible, the process remains slow and inconsistent, and I am still waiting for the full balance to be paid out.

I will update this review again once the remaining amount is received.

UPDATE April 9, 2026:

The remaining €300 has now been paid.

While I did receive all my winnings in the end, the process was unnecessarily stressful and inconsistent.

Throughout the process, I received multiple conflicting explanations:
“unexpected delays”
“3 business days”
changing rules about when the timeframe starts

Smaller withdrawals were processed faster (even on a Sunday), which contradicts their stated policies.

In the end, payment was completed, but the communication and handling of withdrawals need serious improvement.

I hope CasinoLab will make their processes more transparent and consistent in the future.

Generally had a good experience with payouts arriving three dats as expected. Most recently had an incident involving a glitch in the system, where a £2 spin was registered at £0.10 and happened to win 2200x. Very suspiscious of this, given that every other spin on my game history was registered as £2. Waiting for the outcome but as a VIP player who has deposited alot, ws suprised to see that the site would glitch like this for the first time. Chat have been responsive but it is now over the time limit that I was told I would receve a response.
