Grailzee made my first watch purchase quick and easy. They walked me through the whole process and made sure I received the watch that I expected. 10/10 I would be a repeat customer.

Was in the market for a Rolex GMT 2 Batman and after a few missed auctions at the price I wanted, I checked out Grailzee. I was a little skeptical at first but after some much needed research I decided to give them a try. The moment you submit a bid for a watch you’d like, you are connected via text directly with the buyer on a safe, non personal thread that is monitored by Grailzee. At this time, the seller has the opportunity to counter or accept, in the case the seller countered but did so fairly. I accepted their request and submitted payment. Watch came within 2 business days of funds secured notification. Looking at it now I am very, very happy with the purchase. Would shop here again.

I recently sold two watches on Grailzee after receiving an email inquiring if I had an interest in selling a watch. I had two watches I wanted to sell. Within a vey short time after submitting the type of watch with pictures the team at Grailzee found me a buyer and I received an acceptable offer. I sent in my watches to their authentication center and within only a few days the watches were authenticated and payment was made. Things went smoothly and the team almost immediately responded to any we edition’s I had. I highly recommend Grailzee.

I have to admit... I was skeptical. This was a lot of money to be throwing out there without really understanding the process. I was really happy with the results. I purchased a watch that I have wanted for years and feel like i got it for a fair price. the only downside is the absolute tidalwave of emails that they send you on a daily basis trying to entice you into other auctions. I will definately use them again when I am in the market.

Very clear and organized process from the point I won an auction to receipt of the item. Both buyer and seller are protected and nothing feels shady. Bought a beautiful IWC Portofino and watch arrived exactly as described and quickly.

I've bought on Grailzee before, but this was first experience selling a watch anywhere online and nervous every step along the way. I was bracing for a problem - but it never happened. The process from submission thru sale was so smooth that I will probably not consider another method to sell a watch in the future. Thank you Grailzee

I've used Grailzee for a couple of watches with good results. This time was different and left me with some doubt about the process.
I bid on a watch, and before the auction closed I flagged to the seller that the reference number in the listing didn't match the model described. He said Grailzee had helped him with the reference number and confirmed the listing was accurate. I ended up winning as high bidder, then contacted Grailzee support right away to say I wasn't comfortable proceeding given the reference number discrepancy.
Their response was to point me to the Bennison authentication report. I have a copy of it, and it lists the same incorrect reference number as the listing — a different case size and dial color than the actual watch. I declined the purchase based on that. The listing was later reposted with the same reference number error still in place.
Worth noting for other buyers: cross-check reference numbers against the manufacturer's actual catalog, not just the listing or authentication paperwork.

I am currently traveling out of the country on vacation and I had a couple issues with some of the watches I recently auctioned. One was a defaulted buyer that Grailzee was quick to step in and reauction the watch. The other was a watch that upon collection by the service center required a service (perhaps damage in shipment). The team stepped in to get a quote, notified the buyer who still wants the watch, and have been communicating with me the entire time. I wish I had this level of support from other sales platforms. I've been selling on Grailzee for probably around 3 years now, started selling while working for another business and then immediately joined after starting my own business just over two years ago. Just closed a sale that had a slight hiccup with watch condition and they were great at showing detailed pictures and informed the buyer to find out if they still wanted to proceed. The team is very quick to communicate with you, very helpful and great at assisting with closing sales, along with navigating the process. I know they're not perfect, but they make a lot of effort to provide customers with great service.

The authentication report is very helpful and made me feel comfortable I was buying an authentic product. Very impressed and easy to navigate for a first time user. I recommend to friends.
