I got new fan cables for my EVGA RTX 3070ti so I could use normal PWM fans with it. Components arrived in a timely fashion and worked just right on the first try. Would definitely buy from them again... Näytä lisää

GPUCONNECT is a UK based Limited company based in Berkshire and founded in 2021 as a supplier of replacement graphics card fans, bespoke, handmade cables and adapters serving the enthusiast DIY PC markets. This was as a result of identifying a need that was not met in the market at that time. The business was started on ebay, soon followed with the creation of our dedicated website and over the last couple of years has seen a growth in the range of products available, largely due to the feedback and requests of our loyal customer base.

We specialise in hard to find products, graphics card modification cables, adapters and GPU / PC cooling solutions. We welcome customer feedback and requests, and are on hand to answer any questions you may have.

We are supportive of the right to repair, with a significant proportion of our products are aimed to provide easy DIY repair solutions for PC hardware and peripherals. We ship our packages efficiently in 100% recyclable outer packaging and would ask our customers to recycle these when are where possible.

Exceptional Customer Service

I've recently used GPUConnect when trying to salvage a soon-to-be-defunct Nvidia GPU fan. The people there were incredibly generous with their time and obvious expertise, going well above and beyond to try and solve my problem. We were brainstorming the issue at close to midnight on one evening!

It was a level of customer service I find to be increasingly rare, and I'd strongly encourage anyone who gets hands on with their PC or has any kind of GPU-related issue to take advantage of their exceptional service. The very strongest of recommends from me, without doubt. Thank you, GPUConnect!

Great Service

Dispatched quickly despite being an order just before New Years. Exactly what I needed to replace a burnt out fan, Asus part and not cheap copy, works as expected. Will order again.

Genuine EVGA fan.

I had one noisy fan on a three fan EVGA RTX3080 which slowed down and eventually stopped, after looking around online for a replacement I actually got a genuine one from GPUCONNECT, most of the others were unbranded and located in China with estimated delivery sometime in the new year, they were cheaper but I wanted a genuine one and also didn't want to wait.

Outstanding Support and Expertise – Highly Recommended!

I was looking for adapter cables to replace the fans on my GPU. Even before purchasing, I received excellent support via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, my carefully "thought-out plan" didn’t work as intended because my GPU firmware didn’t cooperate. However, the support didn’t stop there. The seller continued to provide outstanding assistance and guided me through the issue. I can wholeheartedly recommend buying here. Your purchase will support the right people.
