Really fast service
Really fast service, due to a change in my flight I had to get a visa in less than 24 hours and the team especially Steve was super helpful and made my stressful situation a lot less stressful. They arranged a letter so I could board my flight and then when I arrived in Hanoi and representative met me before immigration with a sign saying my name. From there he and his colleague finished the process and it was very fast.

Sali was a life safer for me - i noticed the night before my weekend flight to Hanoi that my e-visa didn’t go through and i panicked. Well a little confusion on our end with the visa situation with my youngest son his visa was late but we figured that we would be fine once leaving Phu Quoc as his visa came thru after our arrival in Phu Quoc ( visa free) well a trip to Bangkok as we had to leave the country things go worse I needed another visa to get back into Vietnam as mine was a single entry visa so panicked a little then contacted Goviet Visa thankyou team Sophia you made my stressful experience so easy they sorted an emergency visa out within 15 mins so I could travel back to the mainland with my youngest son to catch up with the rest of my family in DaNang once again thankyou Sophia 🙏👍

The airline did not accept my second passport for my traveling and I had to get visa 30 min before boarding for my first flight. I have booked a spontaneous trip to Vietnam in the Tet holiday. Didn’t know about the holiday, but apparently the government etc is closed for a week. It was very difficult to get a normal speed visa, go vietnam even though it was pretty expensive due to the Holliday 340 dollar, they gave me a discount which was nice, they provided me with a visa within 15 minutes. So the price paid of. Everything was arranged very well. With questions they responded very quickly and at the airport someone was waiting for me with a sign with my name on it very clearly and I was takes to get my visa stampend with no waiting time. I am very thankful for their help and service so quickly.
