Room for improvement
The info on my Visa was wrong, a small mistake, and I had to get a quick Visa to replace it at an Outrageous Cost of 320 USD! Thank you to Thomas for the good service via WhatsApp so I did not miss my flight and for the reminders needed in case I did not have time to read the email sent. There is room for improvement in all kinds of highly emotional situation. Cost is prohibitive to many. When someone has done their best and did not catch a mistake on both part, I don’t think punitive cost are the best way forward.

My flight was cancelled and rebooked for an earlier flight so my visa date had to be changed urgently. Jasmine was able to assist quickly within 30 minutes to get visa approved with clear steps over phone and whatapp.
Once arriving to the airport, staff took me quickly at the immigration line and I got to enter a special line with no wait.

If you get into trouble with your Vietnam Visa, this service can save you. I made a mistake with my visa application and put a 0 instead of an O in my passport number so when I arrived at the airport mid-journey in LA, they wouldn’t issue me a boarding pass to go on. I was travelling with my family and really couldn’t wait the 3 days needed to get a new visa through official channels. This service is expensive but when compared with the alternative I was facing, it was well worth it. Jack looked after me. I was pretty stressed so he had to be patient but he guided me through the process using WhatsApp messenger and about 15 minutes after I finished the last step, I had a visa and a boarding pass and was able to join my family.
It is a transit visa and I still have to pick up the official visa after I arrive in Hanoi but it looks like it will be fine.
