Gotogate est un site qui m’a arnaqué, je déconseille absolument.
J’ai dû annuler une commande passée dans un délai de moins d’une heure. Gotogate m’a dit de contacter en direct les deux compagnies aériennes, ce que j’ai fait dans un délai de moins d’une heure.
Les deux compagnies aériennes ont remboursé directement Gotogate de mes billets (plus de 1000€), et Gotogate refuse maintenant de me les rembourser, alors qu’ils m’avaient initialement indiqué qu’ils me remboursaient.

If I could give them -20 stars, I would. I booked a flight Toronto- Edinburgh and they gave me a flight through Dublin with only 1.50 hours in between the two flights. My flight from Toronto was late by exactly 1.50 hours. I missed my connecting flight and Aer lingus (for Dublin-Edinburgh) told me I had to pay to buy another ticket because the one I had appeared as a single ticket, not a connecting flight. They told me to contact the agency from which I had bought it. I ended up spending a dreadful 12 hours in Dublin, which is very badly made airport, and paying £120 to buy a new ticket to Edinburgh.
I am 63 years old and have health problems, this trip cost me a lot health-wise.
I wrote to the agency sending pictures from their emails of my ticket and explaining the situation. Every time they would answer asking me for the confirmation number. I told them that in none of their emails was there a confirmation number. I had an order number which I sent multiple times in multiple emails. In the end I wrote an angry letter saying they were making fun of me. They then td me to call a number. I did, and after I had to explain the situation to 3 different people, I was told that I had to call them in the first 24 hours in order to be eligible for a refund. I had to call them when I was stranded in Dublin, sleepless, cold and hungry, in pain from my health problems, when I was desperately trying to find a flight back home so I wouldn't have to spend the night there. I arrived at Edinburgh at 1h00 am and he'd to eat and sleep. According to them I should have find a way to contact them. Even finding a phone number to call them on proved near impossible.
Do not book with this agency!

Arriverà mai il rimborso?
Ho fatto l'errore di comprare un biglietto aereo con Gotogate solo perchè costava un po' meno (N. ordine Order 1055-750-194). La Turkish airlines ha modificato il piano volo rendendolo di fatto inutilizzabile per cui ho annullato la prenotazione dal sito della compagnia aerea con diritto al rimborso totale della cifra pagata. In tutto questo la mia prenotazione su Gotogate risultava ancora attiva con i vecchi orari e Gotogate non mi aveva avvertito che i voli erano stati interrotti. Contatto Gotogate che dopo diverse mail mi annulla la prenotazione ma per il rimborso prima devo aspettare che la TK rimborsi Gotogate. Anzi scrivono che io devo contattare la TK per annullare la prenotazione, cosa che tra l'altro avevo già fatto.
Morale: qual è l'utilità di rivolgersi ad un'agenzia online come Gotogate se in caso di imprevisti devi arrangiarti in tutto e per tutto? Qual è l'utilità se in caso di annullamento della prenotazione per avere il rimborso c'è un doppio passaggio che rallenta il tutto rendendo il rimborso una sorta di chimera? Sottolineo inoltre la mancanza di un contatto mail e di una PEC a cui rivolgersi. Io ho scritto ad un indirizzo mail che in teoria non era destinato a gestire le prenotazioni ma solo informative generali. Tra l'altro ogni volta che scrivi a questo indirizzo si riceve una mail automatica in cui ti richiedono il consenso al trattamento dei dati personali altrimenti la mail viene cestinata senza risposta: sottolineo ogni volta viene fatta questa richiesta. Morale della favola: non comprate mai biglietti aerei da terzi come Gotogate ma direttamente dal sito della compagnia aerea.

Never use Go To Gate or RwandAir!
I booked a flight for myself, my 3 year old son and my baby through Go To Gate to save a few hundred pounds, rather than booking directly with the airline. This was a BIG MISTAKE! As if travelling alone with two young children is hard enough, when I got to check-in, the airline (RwandAir) told me that my flight had been suspended. After numerous calls to Go to Gate and talks with the airline, it was concluded that the airline didn't receive the payment that I paid to Go To Gate. Whenever I speak to Go To Gate they say they have sent emails to Rwandair and are waiting for a response. Rwandair also are not interested in helping me and no refund has been given. I am £2082 out of pocket. Never use Go To Gate or RwandAir!

When our party of 6 arrived at Gatwick we were told we had no hand luggage that had been paid to our airline from go to gate, I had the paper work in front of me from them stating that we had 10kg of hand luggage per person.
After a lengthy telephone call to go to gate whilst at the check in desk they said there was nothing they could do, so we paid for our hand luggage all over again, it was that or miss the flight, It really spoiled our holiday, We couldn't buy what we wanted to as we wasn't sure what was going to happen on the way back. i messaged several times throughout the holiday, nothing was sorted. However since writing my review, I have now received full refund payment from go to gate for our 6 pieces.
I WAS ADVISED BY THE AIRLINE NEVER TO USE A THIRD PARTY.

You pay extra for nothing
Booked a ticked after talking to customer service. 1. The will lie about the refund policy. They'll suggest a "secure ticket" with full refund for cheap, which is not true. 2. Not interested in helping you. Once you'll try to use this feature, they'll tell you this is not possible. What you paid for is not what they promissed. Avoid this company. At first, the ticket might look as if it's cheaper. But at the end, you'll end up paying an extra +100$ for nothing.
40% hidden fees
They hid their $90 website processing fees in the airline's hand baggage charges, resulting in $140 for the first checked and the hand baggages.
Didn't expect such a fraud and only double checked on the airline's official website afterwards.
Called them, they say they need to pay their employees but they must've kown $90 for an online ticket order of about $240 in total is absurd.
Mislabeling charges is probably illegal and I hope they will go out of business for frauds.
SCAM. I’m out $2800 and no flights
There should be an option for negative stars, but I have to give them 1 guess. It’s a SCAM.
SCAM. Steals your money. I feel ashamed to have fallen for this and spent a good chunk of money for domestic flights in Canada only to have my flights cancelled after paying a fee to have my flights changed. Was told 4 times over 3 months I’ll get a call back, but never have. I’ve called a dozen times, transferred to 5 dozen representatives and everyone tells me something different but is somehow just as unhelpful as the next. Out $2800 and don’t have any flights

This review involves a name change and the events that followed.
I booked a flight to Faroe Islands. I used GoToGate as there was only two or three options available for this small airline. (There wasn't much of a difference in price either).
So I booked my tickets but immediately after booking, I realized there was a typo. Unfortunate but our flight wasn't for another 2-3 months. So I put in a ticket to their support to make the change and to let me know of any charges. (They do not have a reasonable refund policy so I had to go the route of name change instead of refund and repurchase).
They responded to my ticket 2-3 weeks after submission saying they couldn't do anything and I had to contact the airline. I contacted the airline Atlantic Airways and they responded within two days. They were extremely helpful but informed me GoToGate would have to make the change. I forwarded that email to GoToGate and they then agreed to help for a fee. I paid the fee. Almost a month has passed now.
So I submitted the needed info to GoToGate and they inform me they would take care of it. They also let me know if there are any additional fees I would have to pay. Fine. I'm okay with paying.
From there, no updates. I called in to them to see the status... 2 days before my flight. "We are waiting on the airline". I contacted the airline and they informed me that GoToGate has submitted nothing. I paid a service fee for nothing and had to book new tickets.
I ended up talking to Atlantic Airways in person at the Airport and we were able to work something out.

GoToGate 0/5 - Essentially committed fraud but I'm unsure it's worth the legal litigation.
When possible, avoid GoToGate, you've been warned.
Gotogate is not a legitimate business
I purchased a ticket from Canada to Iran from their website. I was 4 hours early at airport, after check in, I notified by email, flight is cancelled due to snow. They put me on hold for 3 hours and I bought another ticket and flew.
They answer every email after two weeks or more. They claim flight never been cancelled and they won't return my money, even though Turkish airlines told me that they have to refund me. They are playing dumb to rob their customers from their money.
I will come back to Canada and I will meet them in court. Evil people.
