Cancelling a policy is a last resort. Unfortunately, as the insured vehicle had been sold, there is no longer an insurable interest. This is to protect you from a claim being made against you whilst the vehicle is not in your possession.

The worst car insurance ever to exist…
The worst car insurance ever to exist in the uk, they will try to cancel your insurance policy as soon as you have an accident or try to make a claim. Once you go through that they’ll do whatever they can to delay the repairs for your vehicle, if you’re entitled to a courtesy vehicle they’ll tell you that the approved repairers do not have enough vehicles due to large amount of claims. Communication is absolutely awful. Email takes days, when you call them it takes up to an hour just to get through. Will never recommend this insurance company to anyone, maybe the only reason why people choose this insurance is because they don’t know how they operate and because this is the cheapest one in the market.

So far so good!
So far so good. My experience wasn’t great in regards to my last insurer so I am hoping that it will better here.
