Cela fait plus de 20 fois qu'ils oublient les affaires. C'est des mâlins : on doit payer pour les communiquer. Je vous le déconseille!

I feel scammed. Please be careful if you have a card saved with them on their app I bought some items but it wasn’t enough for a promo so clicked “back” to edit my order and the order went through anyway (I also wanted to edit the credit card I had saved with them). There’s no way to cancel your order which I found out when this happened. Customer service weren’t very helpful and claimed I had “checked out” which was untrue (I am not new to ordering via them - or online generally - so basically they were telling me I am a liar). I won’t give them a better review - or use them again - unless they sort it out.

Complete con! After you check out it tells you certain items aren't available and checks out anyway without a chance to add or amend items. Invalidates promo codes and customer service are useless and won't help. Avoid

Het is duidelijk dat Gorillas na de overname van Getir geen schim meer is van voor de overname.
Niets meer op voorraad alleen chips ed.
We maken in enkele weken live het verval mee van een voorheen prima dienstverlening, jammer

Ein Stern ist schon zu viel!
um 21Uhr eine Bestellung aufgegeben, es hieß 21:50 kommt sie an. Naja ok 50 min sind schon lange aber man kann es überleben. Nach 1h kommt nichts, Kundenservice antwortet nicht..
Es ist 23uhr und immer noch nichts und sie schließen :)

Qua bestellingen nooit problemen gehad, werd netjes opgelost als iets was vergeten of verkeerd geleverd. Maar sinds een week of 6 is continu bijna niets van vers (groente, fruit, kaas, vlees etc.) of zuivel op voorraad. Ze hebben alleen nog ongezonde of lang houdbare conserven. Geen idee of dat door de overname van Getir komt. De klantenservice kon ook niet uitleggen waar dit aan ligt en wilde niet zeggen of er leveringsproblemen waren zoals eerder met bepaalde supermarkten. Echt bagger en heel jammer, wij bestelden hier wekelijks. Bepaalde producten konden we alleen hier bestellen. Soms vaker, was echt een uitkomst maar nu is het echt waardeloos. Zonde dit!

Getir bought this company you know how because they steal my money !!! They need to pay me £213 and still I didn’t get paid it’s been 30 days rubbish company I am turkish I should protect this company but honestly if they steal my money I am not going’s to protect Turkish company!!! Gopuff American company use that company don’t use Turkish company because they are stealing ur money and staff money !!!!

Habe gestern Abend frische Möhren bestellt und es kamen super matschige, stinkende teils schimmelige Möhren an. Auf kontaktieren des Kundenservices kam bis heute keine Rückmeldung. Ich habe heute wieder versucht, jemandem beim Kundenservice zu erreichen. Aussichtslos! Einfach unverschämt, da die Preise wesentlich höher sind, als wenn ich die Produkte selber im Store kaufe.
Wer verpackt die Produkte und ist anscheinend blind oder geruchstot? Sorry geht gar nicht

Wieder einmal nicht frische Artikel erhalten. Eine Reklamation über Gorillas Chatbot war nicht möglich, es erfolgt keine Rückmeldung.
Dies war meine letzte Bestellung.

Ever since big corporate money from Getir took over the level of service declined dramatically. Gorillas used to hire young, enthusiastic students, now they employ people who could not care less about customers. the customer service channel is a disaster.

Ever since Getir took over this company, the reliability of delivery and quality of customer support has deteriorated significantly! Sad story, as the original ‘Gorillas’ company was consistently great!!

Fürchterlicher Support, Bestellung nicht geliefert worden aber mein Geld is weg. Löscht euch!

Update:16/5/23 Gorrilas sent me a credit for missing items but not out of date items, they removed the credit and took my money when I left a poor review.

Another incomplete order delivery, as usual it's the most expensive items, a cynical person might think this is a profit generation algorithm as some people won't complain. Complaining, another saga, the 'bot' gets stuck and asks what language you want and how can it help, 20 times, then it freezes. If you email the company you get an automated response saying they'll reply in 24 hours. Many of the products supplied are out of date or within 24 hours of expiry date. This lack of accurate order fulfilment system, basic food storage hygiene issues and non-functional customer service means I have to rate Gorrilas with one astrix, not even a star. Frustrating, inconvenient, time wasting rubbish of a business model.

Nou een bestelling geplaatst en krijg een melding dat het geleverd is. Niks ontvangen en klantenservice is ook niet bereikbaar dus weg geld! Ik heb ze gemaild maar tot heden geen reactie! In het verleden had ik alleen maar goede ervaringen maar sinds het overgenomen is door getir niet meer. Ik baal enorm!

alles, wat een waardeloos bedrijf, BESTEL ER NIET!!!!!!! ik heb maar liefst voor een order twee keer betaald omdat die een fout melding gaf. zonder het direct terug geboekt te krijgen. ook was mijn bestelling niet compleet waardoor ik geen avond kan eten. vervolgens probeer ik contact op te nemen maar er gebeurt echter helemaal niks. echt waardeloos!

If I could give 0 star I would, this used to be very quick and decent. Now it takes an average of 1-2H for delivery IF there are “riders available”. Also prices are just extortionate. Avoid and use another delivery service.
