Excellent company

Was kept informed regularly

Was kept informed regularly, of progress of order, right up until final delivery. Very pleased with total experience. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

The turn around time was great

The turn around time was great - especially since I had left my purchases late!
I love that I can get things that are a little bit different from mainstream stores

Great Customer Service

One of the items we wished to purchase was unavailable, however, the customer service representative promised to contact us when in stock as well as holding another item for us so that we may order both together. We were notified as promised and the order was delivered promptly.

Great communication

Great communication, quick delivery.
Bright colourful toy for grandson’s birthday.
Only surprise is that you have to be home for delivery by Australia Post. That would be OK if you were given a two hour time frame to work around as I have had previously.
