These are the people you need with you at one of the most difficult moments in life. Finding a helper for an elderly relative is an enormous responsibility, but from the outset Good Life Sorted inspired confidence. They take great care to match helper to individual and the arrangement to have a meeting with the proposed helper before any arrangement begins is a great idea.
My mother's helper(s) - plural because any time her usual lady is unable to attend, they find a truly lovely lady to take her place - are excellent. They bring energy, care and first class skills to everything they do. My mother views both of them as extra daughters!
What is particularly impressive is their ability to see beyond the basics which the family have asked for and their willingness to go the extra mile to add things like little outings or bring over extra shopping bits, which make such a difference to my mother. Communication between them and the rest of the family is great and we know that our mother is in the very best hands. Can't make a better recommendation than that!

A friend recommended Good Life Sorted when I was struggling to support my parents. After registering we quickly found a lady who sounded ideal and was local to my parents. After our initial visit we agreed to start visits and these have been really successful. My mother cares for my father who has dementia so the helper comes and acts as her companion, helps with household chores, shopping and garden centre outings. She has become part of our team and part of the family.
We work together to ensure Mum is supported and she’s also managed to gain my fathers trust and he is happy to have her around so I can take Mum out for a break.
Good Life Sorted is an excellent solution for those not needing personal care but needing some help and companionship.

I and my parents have been delighted with the two lovely ladies that come in several times a week between them to help out in many different ways. They are like part of the family and have a huge impact on the week to week assistance needed to maintain their independence at home.

The care staff are all very willing and complete their routine tasks effectively. some are better then others at a few tasks, but those who are the subject of this review are conscientious.

A very nice company, my lovely lady that comes and helps me once a fortnight is so lovely, she gas grown to be a friend. All she does is spot on and it's a pleasure to have her in my home and look forward to her visits.

This service has helped my mother (who has Alzheimer's Disease) in many ways. Leila, who visits mum, is kind and understanding of mum's situation. She takes mum out, gives her companionship and stimulation with conversation and the things they do, ensures she is safe and well. I always have a brief message about what they have done and how mum is. This is peace of mind for us, as we know Leila has mum's best interests in mind at all times. Good life sorted havs provided excellent carers to look after my 91 year old mother. She needs minimal care but really enjoys the company after losing my dad two years ago. Her carer’s have become friends to her. They take her to the shops and for doctor’s appointments as well as light housework and gardening. Our family has used Good Life Sorted to support my uncle for some months now. Robert C and Deborah W are fantastic! They are reliable, kind, have endless patience and are willing to be flexible to my uncle's needs or appointments whilst also getting him out and about to give him a 'good life' - sorted!

Robert has taken him to medical appointments, coffees by the sea and in the garden centre and does anything else that crops up around the house as well as moving his hobby to make it accessible to him which has brought him a huge amount of joy.

Deborah has only been with him a few weeks and has already got his house looking and smelling wonderful, ensures clothes and bedding are washed and helps him sort out his food. She manages to do this without upsetting him which is amazing.

My mum's Good Life Sorted helper Jo has been with her since 2021. When Jo first came, my sister and I had really struggled to get mum to accept any help, but once Jo had been to see her a few times, everything went smoothly. Over the past three and a half years, mum has become less able, and what Jo does for her has gradually changed - while Jo still does practical stuff (cleaning, taking mum shopping), it's now very much about companionship too. It's an incredibly valuable addition to family support. We feel the service is extremely good value, especially given its flexibility. This is the third good review I've written as time has gone on, and I would highly recommend Good Life Sorted.
