Items not yet received, and we have not had an email confirming the order.

I am still waiting for my order to arrive!

Helpful professional staff on the 'phone when checking why my order hadnt been delivered. Order submitted from the website .Would have been useful to have email stating there was a delay with some products so all would be sent together. However following my call to supportive staff, those items in stock were quickly despatched to me. Still waiting some items. Would be useful to have notification that rest of order not forgotten and a possible date for delivery.

A genuine company who immediately issued a refund when they were unable to supply my goods. Will deal with again.

You didn't have any available. We bought some from elsewhere. The same Good Hemp!
I do need to buy some again soon.

They said when I phoned that on the website it said I would have to wait 48 weeks for my order. I never saw the message so I cancelled my order

I bought Good Hemp oil direct from you as Tesco don't seem to stock it any more. Great product. Have been using for some time. Very prompt delivery.

High quality product, good prompt delivery. I would like to see the 5kg containers come back as they were good value, but the rededuced price of the 500g made it good value

Straightforward ordering and easy payment. Excellent product which should be more widely available. Order details acknowledged straightaway by email message.
The only downside is not being notified as to when the parcel is likely to be delivered.

to add insult to injury send out personal email address to others affected in a bulk email. GDRP?

Update: still an unfulfilled order. This has been ongoing since the 28th of January. The customer service is nonexistent with absolutely zero communication.

I love this hemp seed milk. It doesn't taste too sweet, like many non- dairy milks can. It's a shame it isn't available in more supermarkets.

Fantastic product - so much healthier than many vegan milks - high in omega oils.

My order came really quickly.
I can't have fats or oils in my diet due to BAM but am able to tolerate hemp oil.
I don't drink cows milk and cannot have oatmilk as am gluten intolerant.
I tried all the nut milks, but found they curdle in hot drinks.
No curdling at all with hemp milk

I love all things hemp. I love the milk but not easy to buy in supermarkets anymore. Probably to do with people's reviews. Ignorant people do not how much damage they are doing to themselves with the likes of Oat milk, etc. Hemp milk is one of the best for the human body. I am happy that I can buy it online. You are doing a great job, Good Hemp! Keep it up!
