**1 star — Extremely disappointing customer service**

I placed and fully paid for an order for a BIG MAX golf bag on **7 September 2026**, including shipping to Dubai\. The website stated worldwide delivery within 7–12 business days\.

The order was never delivered\.

I contacted Golfbagcompany / Your Golf Gear B\.V\. multiple times — by email and through their website contact form\. Their website confirmed receiving my messages and promised a personalised response within 48 hours\.

**I never received a single response from the company\.** No explanation, no shipping information, no tracking number, and no apology\.

I eventually had to contact **Buva Sports**, a BIG MAX distributor, just to try to find out what was happening\. Katrien from Buva Sports was helpful, but remarkably, Golf Gear B\.V\. was communicating with her while completely ignoring me — the customer who had actually paid for the order\.

After waiting an entire month, I had to involve my bank and raise a formal dispute to recover my money\. I eventually received a refund, but **not the full amount due to currency conversion**, so I still lost money because of this experience\.

The most frustrating part is that **I still have no idea what actually happened to my order or why Golf Gear B\.V\. never contacted me\.**

Mistakes can happen with orders, but completely ignoring a paying customer for weeks is simply unacceptable\.

This is honestly **one of the worst online shopping and customer service experiences I have ever had\.** I strongly recommend potential customers think twice before ordering from Golfbagcompany / Your Golf Gear B. V.

This company is a disgrace!!

I ordered a golf bag to be delivered to UK. Received an e-mail saying they were having difficulty delivering to UK so order was cancelled.

So I requested an immediate refund - should not have had to, if they cancelled they should have refunded automatically.

I have contacted this company at least 5 times - never received any response what-so-ever!! I even raised a ticket on my account on their site - still no response.

It has now been over 3 weeks.

Totally incompetent!!

I have now started legal proceeding against them.

Ze vangen geld en laten dan weten dat product er niet is. Of je maar even een andere kleur wil nemen.
3x gemaild laten niks horen.
Foute boel, ben ik bang, niet bestellen mensen.

Ordered a Garmin R10 Launch Monitor. Credit card company say payment made but golfbagcompany keep emailing asking for payment. Emailed three times and informed them payment has been made but they haven't responded. I have asked for a refund and again no response. Company quite clearly a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Golfbag 3 feb 2023 besteld. Was niet te leveren heb mijn geld nu (16 feb) nog steeds niet terug. Krijg ook geen antwoord op mijn mails.

Verzending en product naar behoren ontvangen, echter na 2 maanden is er iets kapot gegaan aan de standbag, stiksel heeft losgelaten waardoor je de tas niet meer kan dragen, Het bedrijf op meerdere manier proberen te bereiken (mail, telefonisch) echter ze reageren nergens op. Echt een klassiek voorbeeld van hoe het niet moet als je alleen online spullen verkoopt namelijk geen goede after service leveren. Ik vraag mij af of de leveranciers dit wel willen weten, Kan mij voorstellen dat die niet deze brand ervaring willen geven aan hun klanten,
