The company went out of their way to meet our tight delivery date and provided a brilliant alternative to original order when it was not available.

I still use the original Juul vape pen, haven’t made the switch to Juul2 yet, but there aren’t a lot of Juul vendors in the UK generally, and even fewer still offer the pods for the pen I have. So Goldenacre are get five stars just for having what I needed.

HOWEVER, not only that, I placed my order at noon on the 14th, and my package arrived at noon on the 16th! AMAZING turnaround, faster than some Amazon orders tbh.

As a final note, I found their website very easy to navigate and pleasant to look at, all the info I needed was up front and easy to find, and the process of placing my order very simple quick and easy.

Honestly one of the best online ordering experiences I’ve had in awhile!

Absolutely shocking first experience with this company. Drinks ordered on 1st August- no delivery 8 days after no communication and no response to my emails - avoid!

Considered purchasing this product from numerous vendors. Goldenacrewines were the most cost effective and true to their word goods have already been delivered. I will purchase from them again.

Quick delivery

I placed and order for my sons 21st birthday. Unfortunately one of the items was unavailable it the company found an alternative for me and sent promptly. The items arrived with a lovely hand written happy birthday message and a chocolate which I thought was a lovely personal touch!

I ordered a miniature. 10 days after I ordered it it still has not arrived. I called the number on the website and 3 times the person on the other end ended the call without finishing the conversation. I still have not received my miniature.
