The Gold Centre Arvostelua

SCAMMER. Came in for a simple size adjustment for my watch bracelet, and the owner asked me to pay £40. Wtf? I left and went elsewhere. How can such scam businesses stay open I wonder…

I had my Nan‘s ring stuck on my finger and a lovely gentleman got it off for me

Kirk is so kind and he fixed my necklace within 24 hours! It is amazing! Brilliant service!

Kirk and all the staff are top notch

5 🌟 service from The Gold Centre, communication from Charlie via email and then in person. I had some jewellery repairs done and Charlie explained throughout exactly what he was going to do as one piece (bracelet) was broken in many places. Met Kirk on paying and he is also very pleasant. I would 100% recommend and definitely use gold centre again. I wish everyone had the same customer service as gold centre.

Exeptional customer Service
Charlie made the transaction & confirmation very easy, no problems at all and was extremely helpful.
Would recommend highly 😊
Thankyou again
Susan

initially bought a gold necklace for my sister from the Gold center in November 2024 and I was satisfied with my purchase. Charlie and his colleagues were very friendly and patient taking me through different options until I found the perfect piece.

Fast forward to 2025, as a satisfied customer I bought 3 gold rings (a diamond engagement ring, and wedding rings for my wedding) and i am once again satisfied with my purchases. My wife also loves her diamond engagement and wedding ring so much. Thank you Charlie, I’ll definitely be back again soon.

I highly recommend The Gold Centre Fulham for all jewelry purchases 🙂

We asked Charlie to provide a ring for a once-in-a-lifetime, special occasion. He pulled out all the stops to meet our requirements, and in doing so exceeded our expectations. We relied on him and he gave us first class service. David & Sue Smith

We went on a gold training day tour on saturday .Clint was our trainer.and we had the best time. Not only did Clint bring his knowledge and experience, he also helped every one of us with questions, tips and how to prospect moving forward.
thanks Clint fir the day 😀

This shop is pure quality and class. Charlie was extremely helpful kind and professional. I go there for diamonds and to fix items or get a new watch battery.
They are trustworthy, honest and the customer service is outstanding.
I will continue to purchase from them for a long time and Charlie is knowledgeable very warm and kind and he will go the extra mile to help his customers.
Very grateful for this store and especially Charlie!🙏

Very professional, helpful store manager, great experience.
While buying our Equinox900 detector and accessories Clint Sellars offered help with setting up our new detector and gave us a thorough demo. His knowledge is incredible and very valuable to a novice relic and gold hunter. I would recommend Clint to every prospecting enthusiast.

Super friendly and helpful staff. K was a superstar and fixed a locket for me (at the same time so didn't have to return). Will definitely use again.

Very good service from order to delivery, would recommend highly.

I often go to The Gold Centre, and every visit has been a pleasure. The team is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere right from the start. They’re very professional and knowledgeable, ready to answer any questions and explain everything clearly. I really appreciate their fair pricing and transparency, which makes it easy to trust them. They go above and beyond to help, whether it’s a straightforward sale or something more complicated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and honest service in Fulham!
