BEWARE SCAM SITE!!!! I won a large amount this week and have been trying for days to withdraw after my account was fully KYC verified, only to have my withdrawals constantly rejected. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They just send copy paste messages of generic information. It goes in circles and takes days.

I went to log in today to review the status of my current withdrawals again, only to learn MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED from the site!!! They are stating I have a duplicate account which is most definitely not the case. They refuse to answer my questions or provide any proof or insight into the supposed duplicate account. The real issue is I had a balance of close to $20,000 and they have closed my account under fake pretences in an attempt to not pay out my winnings. After depositing and playing normally, I had a balance of €330, which consists entirely of my own deposited funds (not bonuses). When I tried to withdraw, my account was suddenly restricted.
The explanation given was “multiple accounts”, without any evidence. My account was fully verified.
The most concerning part: they explicitly told me to make a new deposit in order to “confirm my main account” and gain access to my funds.
This means they are conditioning withdrawal of my own money on making an additional payment, which is unacceptable.
