I contacted support multiple times asking for:
proof of the alleged violation
specific details (timestamps, IP logs, etc.)
Each time I received only generic responses. Eventually, I was told that the decision is final and my funds will not be released.
This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this platform. Refusing to provide evidence while withholding user funds is highly suspicious and unprofessional.
I have initiated a chargeback with my bank and will be reporting this case to relevant authorities.

Following my previous review, I am providing an update based on the operator’s latest communication.
The company has confirmed that my account has been permanently restricted under their “duplicate account” policy. However, my balance of €330 consists solely of my own deposited funds, not bonuses.
Despite this, the operator has refused to process my withdrawal and has instead requested that I make an additional deposit to “confirm” my account, which is not possible given the account restriction.
