I was amazed how Going produced options that I had not seen when I searched on my own! I found a flight that saved several hundred dollars.

I've been a member of Going for a few years on the Premium tier. I've upgraded to Elite this year and can wholeheartedly say both memberships pay for themselves thousands of times over. Mistake fares, less traveled destinations, tips for points and miles, the BEST (and speediest) customer service -- the benefits are endless. I would absolutely give more than 5 stars if I could!

Going has great value airfares offered in an easy format with both emails and updates in the app.

I can't get alerts for where I want 9.months in future

Going has a ton of flight alerts for a price I can live with. And the airfares are actually available and accurate when one clicks through to get more info.
Without exception, all of my international flights over the last 9 years have been booked through them (under their former name)

Going is a company and platform that makes it easy to work with them.
I’ve been a paid subscriber for many years, starting way back when they were Scott’s Cheap Flights.
I fly less frequently nowadays and wanted to cancel my subscription ( the day after it renewed).
They made it easy for me to cancel and also refunded the charge.

Thanks to Going I managed to get flight tickets to St Martin at close to half the normal price on a top airline. Very rare to see it at such a price. Certainly will consider Going (Scott's) premium account once I retire.

I never signed up for this and I have been charged for 3 years. I’ve changed my credit card number and they still find a way to charge my account. I’ve gone on line to cancel my account and I never have the right information to cancel it. It knocks me out or says I need more information. I’ve called my credit card and they canceled my dispute because it’s a valid acct. I haven’t used this for at least 2 years. I just want this cancelled.

My Going app didn’t show my correct level of membership. I emailed them about this and I was told how to resolve the issue. They did this promptly and also included a copy of my receipt that was not available on the website. I am very satisfied with my experience and how it was handled.

I've been using Going for 5 years now, and it's always an exciting and great website. Even for experienced travelers, it's nice to get an email for a place that wasn't quite on your radar. I let them know I booked a deal, and got an email with a guide to the country I was visiting!

There was some internal problems with the fact I didn’t remember I had an old registered email which made it that I had two accounts. It seemed like the correspondence actually had a caring personality versus the generic response. I didn’t have to get angry thank god. The whole experience was like taking a deep breath. I’m excited to delve into the site.

I've subscribed to Going forward several years now and use it first for trip planning. I highly recommend using it for planning your travels, both at home and abroad.

When I had a question I couldn't figure out for myself, they went "above and beyond" to get me the information I needed and even fixed the problem for me!

I see a lot of good deals but they are usually the places that I am not planning to go or the timing is wrong. Even setting up a watchlist doesn't help because I am usually looking for Premium Economy or Business Class deals.

Have been getting Going’s emails for a good bit now and when I see these stellar deals to places on my bucket list, like St. Maarten, I can’t pass it up. So excited to visit this beautiful island!! Thanks Going for finding great prices on flights so I can explore the world.

I've been on the Going mailing list for many years, way back when it was still known as Scott's cheap flights. Often they had great deals, and were super helpful with with emails with traveling tips. Unfortunately, for a while now they have only US airports to travel from, and I don't reside there any more - so when I accidentally purchased their premium account, I contacted them and they were super expedient in refunding me. Probably the fastest customer service I ever encountered.
I'd totally recommend them, especially if you're based in the US.

Great deals found regularly, ability to select multiple destination airports for a watch list, simple link to booking
