Sophie was great from start to finish and always responsive.

She helped with any issues we had and also managed to arrange early check in so we could go in and put up decorations for our party.

Booking through go hen was seamless from start to finish and no issue with regards to quote, confirming and managing to get everyone to pay as they had own log in details which made if far easier for organising!

Sophie was very helpful and always quick to answer any questions we had or to amend booking if needed. Would definitely use GoHen again.

Go hen were absolutely wonderful and so accommodating when we were looking for a destination and all that came after.

The booking process was so super easy and makes it a lot easier with a big group of people.

Vicki was extremely helpful and very communicative throughout the process of booking my sisters hen. She responded promptly and was very helpful with any questions I had. I would recommend Vicki in being your event planner if you want an amazing hen!

Natalie listened to what I wanted for this weekend and was able to make my sisters hen do of her dreams. We hit a few bumps along the way and even when I was stressed and panic. Natalie and her team stayed calm relaxed and ensured me it would all be ok and sorted. Amazingly the plans ended up better than before and we had the best time. Once booked, the website was easy to follow and use. Our point of contact, Stephanie, was brilliant answering any questions I had. If she thought I was a pain she never gave any impression to make me think I was; always answering promptly and putting me at ease from addresses, taxis, someone dropping out etc.

Natalie has been brilliant. Any question I had (and there were a lot) regarding all aspects of the hen party Natalie was quick to respond and helped me out with every question. I can’t recommend booking a hen party via this company enough. No idea how I would have done it without Natalie.

I had a great experience booking with this company. The process was smooth and stress free. Simon and Vicki were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The event was great success and the bride to be and guests loved all the activities. I would highly recommend this company to anyone planning a hen do.

I organised my friends hen do to Bournemouth and booked all the activities through gohen. The planning went pretty smooth, one little teething problem where we were unable to upgrade some of the tickets for a dreamboys event but we managed to get a refund on some of them and book that part separately.
Our first activity on our first night which was the main event was a cheeky butler.... unfortunately this guy was anything but cheeky! He had no charisma, was very awkward and basically didn't really want to do much. We were a group of 22 ladies so thought maybe he was just a bit overwhelmed at first and tried to make him feel more comfortable. After a couple of games and a couple of trips to the toilet he seemed to get a little bit too handsy. 1 of the game forfeits was either take a shot out of his butt or a spanking, I personally don't handle shots well so chose the spanking however he hit me so hard, not in the harmless playful way we had expected that the other ladies were shocked and worried about my welfare. I had a massive angry looking handprint on my backside that remained there all night. The other ladies decided they would take a shot instead but not from his butt as they didn't want to endure this. He did however take it upon himself to slap a couple of the other ladies bums hard when they were not expecting it if they had bent over to get something so he had to be told to stop doing that as they were feeling humiliated. He also slapped me again as I lent over "to even out my marks!" Catching me on my vagina. Again he was told don't do that. He then decided to do a pull up on the doorframe frame and throw his legs over an unexpecting hens shoulders causing her to fall to the floor, he thought this was hilarious and helped her up from the floor by her boobs. This was our most Disney hen and she was absolutely mortified and embarrassed. After seeing this and having several of the ladies come to me expressing their concerns and how uncomfortable they felt, I asked him to play one of my games that wouldn't involve him touching any of the ladies he would just need to read out the answers on a card, he really didn't want to do this and told me I could do it instead. Some of the ladies tried to distract him by asking for cocktails when he offered them drinks as we had a whole cocktail section set up for him to use but again he refused and just poured them prosecco even though they don't like prosecco. We were all very relieved when he left, after 5 trips to the bathroom during the 90mins some of the ladies suspected drugs considering his behaviour.
After the weekend, I reported this to groupia with photo evidence who told me they would report it straight to the Butler company. They did this and the outcome I received was they are taking this very seriously and it was unacceptable behaviour, not the normal standard and the butler had been removed from all future bookings. As an apology they would offer a complimentary service or flowers for the bride. As the hen do was over a complimentary service was not going to work so I requested a refund instead as it affected all of the 22 hens some of which had been inappropriately touched and humiliated and not just the bride. I was then sent a half dead tiny bunch of flowers as an apology and locked out of my portal to communicate with my event manager. I managed to then communicate with the customer service department and an apology was sent for the state of the £40 flowers that had been sent and the butler company would take this up with the florist as it is not what was ordered, I was then offered £40 compensation for the hens instead of a full refund and again they are taking my complaint very seriously! £1.80 compensation per hen for the extremely uncomfortable, embarrassing experience where some were assaulted that cost around £300 is an insult and does not reflect how serious they have said they are taking it. Again I said a refund for that activity only seemed fair but I was told no more offers of compensation would be made and I would need to go through abta to dispute if I'm still not happy! We will of course be taking this further as offering £40 does not seem like they are taking the incident as seriously as they said and they could still be sending out such butlers with inappropriate behaviour. Now I understand a cheeky butler is meant to be cheeky, a bit naughty and fun but this was not it at all. Several of the ladies have experienced cheeky butlers before and agreed it was nothing like this.
I certainly wouldn't be recommending this company to anyone in the future and there was several future brides on this hen that were looking for recommendations and ideas. My advice would be do lots of research and book your own activities to avoid such shocking customer service.

Honestly Ellie was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, any questions I had (trust me there were alot!) She was always happy to answer and would always answer quickly too. This was rhe easiest way I've ever booked a hen do before. Nothing was any trouble for her and when we arrived things were all sorted exactly as we had discussed. I'm so pleased with the experience and would definitely book again.

I had a great experience organising a hen weekend for 19 people in Brighton using Groupia/GoHen. Vicki was very helpful and promptly answered any questions I had. What I loved was that I wasn’t ever out of pocket money wise and everyone paid their own part directly with regular reminders emailed individually. There were lots of activities to choose from and the whole process was easy and stress free thank you!!

I booked with go hen and was looked after by Natalie for my friends hen party. We previously had my own hen party with go hen so this is my second great experience with them. Natalie was a brilliant help from start to finish proving quick responses, advice and guidance on the activities and reassurance closer to the hen party date. Natalie checked in on occasion to let me know if there were any questions , to just ask. Highly recommend booking with Natalie at GoHen!

Very easy, straight forward planning all in one place. Easy booking for guests, no having to chase anyone or chase anyone individually for payments as it's all in one place for all to see. Stephanie was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend going through GoHen.

We had a great hen-do planning experience with GoHen — very prompt replies and helpful organisation for a hen-do that was put together at quite short notice (under 2 weeks)! The GoHen team was very accommodating at every stage — Sophie our event manager was very kind, responsive and eager to help. The hens had a wonderful time!
