The house itself was stunning, beautiful in fact
However, we as a group found several issues with the cleanliness of the property
There were 2 dirty great cobwebs on a bedroom wall right opposite the bed in one of the rooms on the 2nd floor and the other was in the right hand corner of the window leading to the top floor bedroom.
None of the toilets had been cleaned properly as there was noticeable grime to the back end, top of the seats. One sink had dark hair all over it. One of the ladies noticed that the bath on the 2nd floor had a leak while another lady commented that the shower leaked. Top floor we had to flush the toilet several times to get it to flush
There were ants on the window sill and around the radiator in the conservatory.
Half of the radiators didn’t work.
We found the cutlery drawer had not been cleaned & also had dark hair in there and several dishes and plates had to be re washed by us before we could use them as they were not clean.

Not what you would expect for a 5 * house

We were glad that the owners met with some of the group as they were shown how to start and use the hot tub, although the male owner stated that he was not made aware that we had requested it

In regards to your service ( a hen weekend service) leisure group.co.uk, we found that primarily we had a fantastic response but that quickly dwindled down to pretty much nothing and we had to keep chasing, we were also at first given wrong details for the owners

The hens do that April organised for us went without a glitch and all of the activities arranged were absolutely brilliant. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to organise a hens do.

Hen Weekends helped me organise my sister’s hen party in London in November 2025, and I would highly recommend them. They took all the stress out of the planning and offered a wide range of activities to choose from.
The accommodation was excellent and in a great location. They also provided a platform that allowed all the hens to log in and make monthly payments if they wished, which meant I didn’t have to worry about collecting money — such a great setup.
Although our contact person changed a couple of times, it made no difference, and the service continued seamlessly. Overall, the customer service and communication were excellent.

Our group had an amazing time with great experiences lined up that suited everyone, and it made the whole trip unforgettable. I’d definitely recommend Hen Weekends to anyone planning a hen do especially if you want a well-organised, fun, memorable weekend without the hassle of doing it all yourself! 💃✨

Had an amazing weekend in Barcelona for my aunties hen do , was so stress free as we had a package that included events and accommodation , also thank you for the added touch of prosecco when we arrived. Will be using again for my sister in laws hen 2027!

Hired the pink limo for a Hen Do in Paris and had a fantastic time. The whole party really enjoyed it. We had champagne included in our booking, a speaker system so we could play our own music, and plenty of stop offs at iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, before our final destination at the Moulin Rouge.

Prepare to feel like a celebrity with everyone snapping pictures of the limo as you pass by!

Great communication from the company, driver was also on time and took pictures for us.

Hen do April 2025 to Benalmádena. Booking started off well, although communications were a little unprofessional. Didn't get sent any details running up to the weekend, had to chase and chase them and finally got a response from a different rep.

-Accommodation was not as expected and very misleading though it was in a good location.no information about every rooming needing a largecash deposit on arrival!!!

- Our boat trip was very chaotic, the company doing thr boats tried to argue our booking didn't exist but somehow they managed to get someone else to take us out it was very stressful and embarrassing!!!! We could not get hold of anyone from hen weekends, I really started to think had we been conned.

-No details about transfers, locations, times etc. Luckier we used common sense.

-the restaurant/food booked for tapas was changed last minute, no negotiation and the food was very poor and not what we wanted.

I thought using these booking services was supposed to take the hassle and stress out of organising but in hindsight I wish I would of booked everything individually.

Would NOT USE AGAIN! Very disappointed with the limo service arranged by Off Limits for my sisters hen weekend. The limo never arrived, and we waited over 40 minutes with no update or support. The contact number provided was invalid, and none of us— including the hotel concierge could reach the driver. The text support service also offered no help. This completely ruined what was meant to be a special surprise for the trip.

We raised a formal complaint on 4th October. On 17th October, we were told the refund would take up to 10 working days, but no one contacted us again. When we asked to speak with the directors, we were ignored. After chasing again, the admin team admitted that the directors rarely respond to them either.

Only when we threatened legal action did the accounts team finally get in touch, and we received our refund on 14th November - over a month after our complaint.

The whole experience was unprofessional and stressful. I would not trust this company with your money or your event planning.

Brilliant service from start to finish , Heather arranged everything perfectly from the transfers to all of the activities for the 3 days , The bride and the rest of the group had the best time , would highly recommend this company , Heather was soo lovely to deal with , very efficient , quick responses made everything soo stress free , we went to albuferia and everywhere Heather organised more than met our expectations . amazing hen break thankyou soo much 🫶💚

Using this company really does take the stress out of planning for a hen doo, all money is paid individually to the website link you get given and everything is booked for you we did cocktail making and magic mike for my friends hen doo the only thing that slightly let it down is how far the hotel was from our events so there was a lot of travelling with no much time to get there it felt all abit rushed, however we had no problems with our events and everything ran very smoothly I would definitely use again.

Wow! We're just back from an INCREDIBLE weekend in Liverpool. We did a Dirty Dancing experience, two course meal at Cosy Club, VIP entry at some clubs and a stay at the flawless Water Street Apartments. The value for money was out of this world! The DD experience broke the ice and got us all chatting amongst people we've not met before. Shannon, our dance coach was brilliant. Patient, funny, encouraging and full of energy despite the heat in the dance studio, we burned some calories that's for sure, but in such a fun way, it didn't feel like exercise. Then onto the simply amazing apartments, super clean, huge living area with a balcony overlooking the city, gorgeous brand new bathrooms, bags of ice in the freezer (we went August 16 on a sweltering day) comfy big beds, plenty of room for our party of 11. We all got ready then onto a two course meal including Prosecco at the Cosy Club, also included in our Off Limits package, the food was gorgeous and service impeccable. After which wd went on VIP club entry also arranged by the lovely Liv and Natalie at Off Limits. It was one of the best weekends of our lives, everything arranged to a T by Liv, Natalie and Amie. The bride had a spectacular time and it all went like clockwork. Can't thank Off Limits enough, we got over and above what we paid for, such an excellent package price. Would recommend to anyone. Off Limits; thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such an outstanding weekend, no qualms about giving you the maximum 5 stars, well deserved. Put simply, we were blown away. Thanks from Rebecca, Natalie and Team Bride for such a brilliant weekend!

I’ve recently had my hen do in Leeds and this was all booked through Lauren Curtis who has been exceptional from start to finish.
The weekend ran so smoothly and I would 100% recommend your services to others in the future for their plans.
The hotel was outstanding, and the bottomless brunch at Roxy’s was also incredible. The Dreamboys were eventful and super fun. Everyone present enjoyed the entire weekend.

Booked limos for my hen in Paris through Off Limits Hen weekends, with April Todd and just need to say that lassie has had to put up with so many changes and requests and so many ups n downs from me the bride 🤣 and she was just brilliant through the whole process and calm, nothing was too much trouble. Emails were replied to quickly and always so informative. I would highly recommend April to book any activities you are planning for a trip away just a genuine gem of a girl 🤍

We had a fantastic hen weekend in York. Can’t recommend enough. Off limits made everything so easy to organise and were always on hand to answer any questions. The accommodation, dance class and restaurant were all excellent quality, will definitely use this company again.

What an amazing experience I have had with OL! From start to finish, the company has been brilliant!
Jenna Deacon-Saggs has been an absolute diamond with finding a dance class & instructor in an area OL do not cover! Jenna’s customer service was beyond excellent! I cannot recommend this company enough! Extremely helpful, very good prices and exceptional customer service - we had such a good time and a giggle - the hen was amazed!

Amazing company, who took all organisation out of our hands. Great offer of activities and support available throughout planning and the weekend. Our hen party had the best weekend with quad biking, cocktail making and a Dreamboys show. Great hotel in centre of town with nice rooms and breakfast buffet.
