Haven’t heard back from purchase in nearly two weeks. Cant track my packages. Are they coming? How do I find them?

I made a purchase on the Ford Falcon FG XR6 Sedan 2.5" catback with Hotdog centre, Hotdog rear, and after a week after I made the purchase, I got an email saying the exhaust was out of stock and now I had to wait until it was back in stock and shipped out, I waited 2 months only to get few emails saying there’s been delays and the exhaust is expected to be delivered the following week. Another 2 weeks later I heard nothing and I emailed them again and had to ask for a refund. Horrible experience.

My third purchase from these guys and I can not fault a single thing! Each system i have purchased sounds incredible. Install is a breeze ... so much so that I had my partner got it done without any problems 😊 If you are after a wicked sounding exhaust system that bolts up imo better than factory you simply cannot go past Black Ops Performance!

The product that l bought is good cat back exhaust won’t be put on till next Wednesday for my ford BA XR8 hope it sounds as good as the last exhaust that l put on this one is heavier gauge material than the last one and looks great so thank you very much for the exhaust and the prompt delivery time.

Exhaust sounds good in my ba fast shipping packages with care

The sound is absolutely amazing, but some of the gaskets sent to me were the wrong size, so the workshop had to order new ones.

Outside of that issue, the sound itself is honestly a 10/10. I truly love it.

I ordered my exhaust, and fit it all myself in the garage simple and easy. Sounds mean and gives my car a nice rumble now, i love the look of the exhaust being all black. Also giving a guide on how to install was super helpful. Will definitely recommend to my mates. Pristine Quality 🤙🏽🤙🏽

Fast delivery, Sound is okay with stock headers & catback isn’t loud or doesn’t have the drone that most do. Unfortunately tips that were supplied are to big for the standard Ba back bar.

Bought the 2.25" system for my VZ V6 Calais. Really impressed for the money, has a nice note but not extremely loud.
Only issue I have is it shakes and vibrates the hell out of the back, mechanic said it only has a single hanger on the rear section.

Quality, packaging and speed were all on point.
